We could not find an associate to help us, we were in several departments and every time we need help it was a mission to find help. Then if we did find someone they were pretty valueless, reading the shelves, labels, and directions. We could've done that! Needed someone a little more experienced. We were exhausted just from trying to find employees to assist. There definitely wasn't the attitude of customer service there.

I usually shop Amazon but decided to check Home Deport while looking for a new outdoor ceiling fan. Found the same Hunter fan in stock at Home Depot and it WAS $40 CHEAPER! Wow! So I put in my order, immediately got an email saying my new fan was ready for pickup. So the next morning went to pick it up. Customer Service lady was very knowledgeable -- I was in and out in quickly. Well, had to shop a bit to pick up a few items while I was in the store. Overall good experience.

Always finding some new product or innovation to put in the house!

Love the garden shop, now the fall flowers are in even though it is still very hot can't wait to change the flowers at home to fall colors.

I was greeted as I entered by the associate at the Return Register. I was assisted by an associate at the Customer Care counter. He was extremely helpful in retrieving a lost receipt from another Home Depot. The signs listing the items in each isle is very helpful when looking for items and not sure where to locate them. I located every item on our list and as we proceeded to check-out, an associate advised me to come to her register so I could immediately check out with delay. My overall experience during this visit was excellent!

I always have nice guys wait on me in the paint department at the Bonita Springs Florida store. The guys are fun and they don't HATE their jobs.(like a lot of miserable people do) . They are always in a good mood there. Will go thru great lengths to make sure you get the color and sheen you want.

Great help from the lady in the carpet department. She helped me decide on the carpet and was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I think her name was Crawford.

Associates are always friendly and ask us if we need help before we have to ask. We don't ever have to hunt one down, there are always around, working

I have visited this store for various items over the past 3 years. I always get what I need and the store is neat and organized and the employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Chris in the paint department was awesome! I wasnt getting much, but he was super helpful and his great attitude made my morning! Will definitely visit tgis store again next time i need paint just becaise of him!

We met with Florence in your Kitchen Cabinet area of the store. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided many ideas and information that will help us make a good decision as we design a home bar for our kitchen.

All the appliances were on sale for the best prices I had ever seen. I saw the perfect refrigerator (an LG bottom freezer in stainless steel) at the lowest price ever. The sales associate was so helpful that I couldn't resist the great deal. Bought the refrigerator, delivered the next week and LOVE IT. So glad I stopped into Home Depot that day. Love shopping here.

Upon entering this store thru the Garden Dept. I was not greeted by the cashier, because she was busy texting on her cell phone. I informed her supervisor when I was checking out after shopping. The overall shopping experience was very good. The associates that I was helped by via phone and in store were very helpful and attentive. Keep up the good work.

great service in picking up and returning chain saw

Lately, I have been in this store several times getting remodeling supplies and scheduling estimates. I have met different employees in windows, paint, lumber, and plumbing and all shifts seem to have well qualified help. Makes my tasks easier.

I recently picked up a sheet of plywood. I quickly found an associate who ripped it for me which made it easy to load in my car. At check out, Another associate quickly scanned it in for me and asked if I needed help loading it. I didn't need help that day but appreciated her smile and thought-fullness.
