Jay Weidenbach was always very helpful and willing to explain the remodeling process to us. No request for help went unanswered.

I was searching for an unusual item--paintable wallpaper. I knew HD carried it online, but when I went to the BL location, there wasn't any. After initially being told it wasn't carried, I was offered excellent assistance by a young man on crutches who took the time to not only check the location where it would have been stocked, but double-checked online and then found a nearby store where it is stocked. Then, to ensure we didn't make a wasted trip, he called that store and ascertained that the item was currently in-stock. We were extremely pleased with his help.

Paul in the Garden Department is wonderful! Enthusiastic, courteous and helpful. I went to Home Depot to buy six bags of bark. As soon as I entered the Garden Department he asked if he could help, got me a cart, loaded the bags of bark and wheeled them to the front check out after explaining the Garden Dept cash register was closed until Christmas tree season started. He oversaw check out and then wheeled the cart to my truck and loaded the bark for me. I cannot compliment Paul highly enough on the level of customer service that he provided. The cashier agreed with me that he is exceptional and recommend that I complete a survey in order to provide positive feedback to him. Everyone at the Bonney Lake store is very helpful, but Paul really went above and beyond. He is also in charge of the Christmas tree display in front of the store and it looks really nice. Thank you, Paul! :)

Always Employees there to take care of me when I need help!

I didn't find the hardware items I wanted at Lowe's so I went to Home Depot. As soon as I walked in the first associate I spoke with knew exactly where to find what I wanted. I was able to quickly pick up what I needed and check out! I was very happy and I will go to Home Depot first from now on!

Always has the products I need. Prices are great!! Love the garden shop.

I stopped at the Home Depot #8562 in Bonney Lake, WA this evening to purchase some cedar boards that I needed to complete a project that I am working on at home. I could have stopped at your competitors that are located closer to our home but their selection of cedar is very poor. I know from my past experiences that Home Depot does carry a nicer selection of cedar products, although I was a little disappointed that they did not have any 3/4 X 8 X 8' clear cedar which was my first choice. I did find a real nice tight knot board that was the same size that will work. There were store associates on the sales floor that did offer assistance if I needed it but I knew what I was looking for and found it easily. When I went to check out I was assisted by a cashier that was very friendly, pleasant and expedient and did her job in a very professional manner. She made sure that I had found everything that I came into Home Depot for and left me with a farewell greeting upon completion of my order. I sincerely appreciate the respect that Home Depot extends to their customers and especially those that are Veterans and will continue to shop at your locations for my home improvement needs.

The store is ready for Christmas. The rest of the store is not ready for customers. It was very hard to find an employee on the sales floor. I did see employees at the PRO Desk and customer service, but not on the floor. The only one's I saw working on the sales floor were employee's doing price changes and stocking. They were wearing orange shirts. It would seem to me that a company as big as Home Depot should understand that if you want people to shop your stores, then you would have employee's to help them is each department More than one per department.

The garden department Pro desk provided good service to me.

I was very pleased with the customer service I experienced in the plumbing department on October 24. The associate went above and beyond to help me find a list of parts I needed for my husband. He even talked on the phone with my husband to figure out what we needed. He was very courteous and patient.

Regardless of what I need for our home projects, we know we can depend on this staff to help. Always offers a smile and assistance.

Salesman was super helpful, answering all my questions and helping me to make a large purchase that I was comfortable with.

I wasted my time going to get a microwave after web site said the store had them in stock. No one would help me so I left

We used to live closer to Lowes so we always went there. Now that we have moved Home Depot is closest. When we needed a new faucet we decided to go to Home Depot. While looking at reviews for the faucet we had chosen we noticed that it is was cheaper at Sears. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask if they price matched. They do! We were able to buy the faucet we wanted at a comparable price and didn't have to drive another 20 minutes. No hassle and the store associates were quick. Will definitely shop here again.

My husband and are in the process of remodeling a kitchen and bath. We needed a whole list of things on our last visit from doors, tile, canned lights and much more. The Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The made our experience quick and painless.

Was happy with the help, from the greeter to the bath (toilet) person to plummbing to checkout and the person that loaded my items into the car.

The toilets I wanted was in stock. The person helping me know what he was talking about. Loaded 2 toilets ona cart for me and brought it to the front of the store for me. When to get hoses for the toilet and Gene was so helpful making sure I had what I needed. Vicki the cashier made sure I was checked out correctly. Helped me with a credit card application. Made sure I had someone to put the toilets into my car. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful to me. As a lady some place look at you as "oh a lady that does not know anything. I would rather not help her." I sure did not fell that way at all. Wonderful helpers.

My wife and I bought all new appliances for our new house. Martin was very helpful in the purchasing process and Danielle was very nice during checkout.

Bought my kitchen cabinets and everything went well. Sometimes when I go there it is hard to find people to help you. Other than that would recommend.

The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

They need to inspec therr tools before they rent it out ! Also they need to have trained staff that under stand what they are renting out!

Employees in the paint department did a great job and were very helpful in the paint department.

My husband and I came in the evening to pick up a ship-to-store purchase. During the process, the store associate at Customer Service went over and above to meet our needs in a friendly, courteous and expert manner. She really was extraordinary. Our purchase was on a high shelf back in receiving and it was late in the evening, with fewer employees in the store that could help getting it down with a forklift. Additionally another shipment had come in and had been placed in front of ours. Our Customer Service Associate calmly and cheerfully worked through the various problems by phone until we had our purchase. When we realized the product was too big for our vehicle, she helped us acquire an inexpensive pickup truck from the rental section of the store. She was really amazing and we were so grateful for her help. Kudos too, for the associates that were able to dig out our purchase back in receiving! Then, in the rental section, the store associate there made sure we got the truck we needed, went over all the details with us and even made sure our purchase got loaded into the truck for us. It seems to us that all of the store associates at the Bonney Lake Home Depot are by far the most capable and pleasant we've encountered at any other similar type store. After last night's experience, I doubt we'll ever shop at the competition again.

My son drove to Bonney Lake, Wa. Home Depot.. He said their were quite a few people in the store. The store was clean and well stocked. He was in the store long enough to get a clerk to show him where the tools were. He purchased tools and was out the door. Thank you! Cindy Black
