Bought a portable air conditioner and was able to save $$ by signing up for the Home Depot card. I shop here a lot so it will be useful. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Employees are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I have been provided with great information and advice. It is nice to know that Employees are knowledgeable. I have a lot of projects to complete and home depot is my go to store. I was in retail for 25 years and I know that Bonney lake home depot is well managed and I also know that it is quite easy to get a black eye. Customers are very demanding and we all make mistakes. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Do not go here for your new bathroom counter -- so many errors made and a lot in extra cost. We purchased two sinks, but they only charged us for one disconnect/reconnect, they "forgot" to add the backsplash, used the wrong estimates for undermount sick and holes for the faucets and generally got so much wrong. It ended up costing us $500 to fix!

I used to Love this Store when it first opened, and I did for along time. We had moved out of B.L. FOR a few years and are back now but OF COURSE They had to change and are not carrying ALL THE Tool's and made it Harder to get Around Them, Also Beware if it's on a WEEK END YOU'LL HAVE TO HAVE PATIENTS NOT ENOUGH CHECKERS WORKING

I BOUGHT A NEW REFRIDGERATOR LAST NOVEMBER,AND THEY TRIED TO DELIVER A DAMAGED FREEZER,AND ON THE NEXT DELIVERY ATTEMPT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED,AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME $200.00.

My experience in the past at this store has, at a minimum, been frustrating ending in multiple trips back due to lack of knowledge by employees. Out of reluctant convenience I stopped for a couple plumbing parts and was pleasantly surprised. More employees like Chris in plumbing is exactly what this store needed.

Always a pleasure to shop this store. Helpful staff when I need them and (usually) well stocked shelves although items the website says are in stock are often out-of-stock when we arrive!

Every time I come to shop, I am met with pleasant and helpful staff. I have relied on their experience and recommendations for all my projects. I know that the store will do what ever is necessary to meet my expectations. This store gets my trust and respect.

Had a hard time finding an employee! When I finally did, I was told there was nobody in the store that had ANY knowledge or experience with door hardware!

Like to do online ordering but this isn't the first time I have had a problem. Usually 5-7 people there with 1 person working.

Attentive employees. The store is well stocked and has lots of variety. Floorplan is easy to navigate and their store is clean. All-in-all, bravo Bonney Lake!

Be prepared to stand in line for an extraordinary long time as only one checker is on duty. I try not to comment on these things but customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority.

We arrived and immediately went to look at the tool box combos. We found one and I took a picture of the tag. We showed this to the cashier who struggled to find it on her phone to ring up even though I clearly had the code for her on my phone. (I worked retail for 10 years and have been in customer service even longer). She finally found it, rang us up, circled the survey then told us to have a nice day. We looked at her puzzled and asked where we get the toolbox from. She said “I don’t know.” After pressing her a little and asking who we can find that could help us she finally said to go to customer service. We went over there and asked where to get the toolbox after explaining what happened. She was also confused and called someone else in the store. They sent us back to the toolboxes and proceeded to tell us there should be one in stock but they weren’t positive where. After struggling to figure out which toolbox we purchased someone went to the back and finally came back to say the 1 box that was up there that said 2/2 and the display is all they have. We decided to exchange for the larger toolbox instead which cost double what the original did. We arrived back to the toolboxes and the 2 employees struggled for about 5 minutes to load the 2 boxes on carts. We went outside to my truck and they then recruited someone else to help. He realized getting the lift would be smarter and the transaction was finally complete after about 30 minutes from start to finish. Due to the location of this store I will continue shopping here but any large purchases I make in the future will either be at a different store or online. This experience was horrendous and some major training needs to happen all around. I’ve always had good experiences here with Class A friendliness but this basically undid all of that in one fell swoop.

If you are looking for new flooring, see Ron, Wednesdays through Sundays. If he is not on duty, don't bother. The others don't seem to care why you are there, what you are looking for, and if you approach them, they have no information to share.
