Great store and way better than anything else in the area.

We purchased a dishwasher from Devin in appliances and he went out of his way to be helpful. I will definitely seek him out for the rest of our apliances for our remodel this year and would recommend this store!

I like this store because it is very convenient for me. I can come and tell them what I need and want and they do their best to help me find it.

Big thank you to Devin from whatever department washers and dryers are from. He was great with us. Knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure we found the perfect set for our new home. 4 out of 5 stars only because this rating goes to the store and not directly to him. He would be a 6/5 star. The associates were disconnected from the customers and the cashiers were rude. Our checkout person...supposedly the Head Checkout person, just walked away when we finally reached the register without any excuse or explanation. We stood there for several minutes looking for her and waiting for her to return. She never did... not until we went to another lane and then she came back to help the people behind us. We felt Very Discriminated Against... The employees in the store seem to act like it is a bother to answer a question. They actually sigh... no kidding... I can only think it must be an overall building issue for everyone to behave like this

Associates are always making sure I have all the answers to my questions and go above and beyond to help me no matter what department I go to.Also good prices.

This kudo goes out to "Vela" at your service desk. I discovered my recent major appliance was on sale so I phoned the store to see if I could get the sale price. Vela was so cheerful and accommodating and credited the sale price difference quickly and efficiently. As a senior, I recognized her as just plain nice and happy to help,like the "old days". How refreshing and so appreciated.

I can not think of a better words to describe other than the staff were very helpful and the atmosphere of the store is well kept clean . Not only its easy to find what I need but the stuff tells me where to find it and got what I need . I kept coming back for the materials I need to get the home improvements done .. And the feedback and ideas from the employees I talked to were very helpful .. Thanks !

I purchased a new BBQ and required assistance loading it in my pick-up. Lee assisted me and made my shopping easy as pie.

Needed a new microwave and Terry helped us determine which models would best meet our needs. When I called back with questions, he again gave me the info I needed and then helped me order the microwave that fit our needs and space.

All of the employees I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been very pleased with the customer service I've received at the Bonney Lake Home Depot. Alex in the window department went the extra mile by calling a window manufacturer to make sure my new windows would match my old ones in style and color. Jessica in the kitchen/bath department helped me order a new vanity top by giving me some great affordable options and didn't pressure me to purchase only the higher-end products as some places do. I'm very happy with my assistance and purchases!

Its a small store with a big helpful family of associates

The folks at this store will often go well beyond the call of duty to help a customer. One time, we had a problem with a Milgard window order that was not the fault of Hope Depot. The associate in the store drove to Milgard to get the issue resolved and brought the missing items directly to my home! I was more than a little impressed!

The people that assisted me were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the paint and plumbing departments. You don't always get expertise at home improvements stores so it's greatly appreciated when I do. Thanks!

No lumber carts to be found so I asked the clerks, I was instructed to go out in the rain and search the parking lot?!? At the Lowes in Bonney Lake they almost always have the carts in the store for convenience so I know that it is possible. The clerks offered no help or willingness to call someone to assist with getting a lumber cart. Pallets of wood were stacked in front of lumber on the shelves making it almost impossible to get to it?!? Just really do not understand the lack of customer service at this location.

I almost always find the shelves stocked, a good selection of what I am looking for, and generally I am helped with a question I have in a reasonable length of time.

Everyone is very helpful. Front end check out is always very fast!

I had a plumbing leak, the store employee was very knowledgeable, and had great suggestions to solve my problem, and also introduced me to new products that would make the job easier.
