The bigger washerwasn’t on floor to see! I ended up changing my order after I got home to get the bigger one after looking on line! Sheri and Franzenia were a great help! A longer time is needed to return bigger appliances.The ladies were a great help and nice to change my order!

I usually have no issues with this store but I pulled out my credit card to soon from the machine and the clerk looked at the clerk who was taking their place and mumbled something and obviously was not pleased. Really? Give me a break. Not happy.

In this store there used to be multiple single check out stations with a couple of self checkout kiosks. Now they are all bunched up with only one entrance for at least 10 registers. There are multiple people standing around who will come help you IF they observe a paying customer having problems.

This Home Depot converted to self-checkout in 2024. Where they used to check your things for you, now they funnel shoppers in one queue and have a bunch of professional checkers who could make this quick and easy, watch people figure out how to check stuff out. It's not rocket science, but frustrating to see the people who are good at this, stand back and watch people who are generally not good at it. What's the point? On top of that, there are cameras with computer screens at each station that make TSA look like a cakewalk, with image analysis software bracketing peoples' faces and flashing "RECORDING", as though you've done something really bad. Sure, you can just buy your item and leave, but it's not a pleasant experience to be distrusted from the start. I'd rather go to a more traditional store where they ring you up and don't automatically label you a suspect.

This is the 3rd or 4th review request I’ve received and I’ve never been in your store. Can you please stop allowing someone else to use my account?

What do you do when an issue has no solution? Often a solution exists but I'm not aware of it. Other times a solution doesn't know it exists. Home Depot is a good place to wander around to see what products exist that I'm not aware of. I can often find a product created for one issue but with some creativity it can be applied to other issues.

Plenty of inventory and good selection. Home Depot employees are focused purely on stocking shelves and moving inventory. Customers are simply a burden who are in their way and disrupt their work. Sad that they seem to have little incentive to help deliver a great customer experience.

I've shopped here often (since all home projects take at least 3 visits/project!) and over the past year I have noticed that the team members here are amazingly friendly, engaging and willing to assist. It is refreshing and makes a visit to HD enjoyable. Thanks!

I don’t like the fragrance that the store uses. I’d rather that the store smell like lumber or something else… not artificial alpine breeze.

the store is strategically located and is always busy, hence a lot of pressure for hardware and home improvement items

Store employees always go out above and beyond

Store is dirty, and no one is willing to help find products or product info. You have to check yourself out, no cashier even available even if you want to wait. You'd think that since they eliminated cashiers, they would have knowledgeable people who could also clean up the store.

The young man in the paint department was super helpful to me and my husband. We are very happy with the paint samples he provided and the great information he told us.

I was struggling to find the right spanner bits for my Dewalt power tool and Kevin came in to help me out. He went above and beyond to find the right tool. He was not pushy in recommending the expensive option though it was the best match for my tool. I would prefer to go to this store for the same kind of experience. Similarly Sinclaire helped me with renting the trailer, this was my first time driving a trailer and she was very helpful answering all my questions.

Changed to all self check out and it's a nightmare. No option to go through a normal lane and have checker help you. They also video you at check out.

There aren't many employees working there now. No one to ask questions, unless you want to spend an hour or so looking for one.

This store is terrible. Management must be out of touch. Employees not helpful. Just chatting away by themselves

I love going to this store. They have a great selection of products and a friendly and helpful staff. I'm new to this area and I've found this store to be a great place to shop for everyday supplies for our home projects.

There is not customer service or courtesy. The customer has to do the employees job as they watch. With inflation these days you should not have to do their job unless they are going pay you or a good discount.

Too many self check stations for one staff to service.

Having more people with experience in the department that they work in would be very helpful. I know the store better than most of your employees which can be frustrating at times.

People always seem eager and happy to help. Staff isn't always readily available and often have to seek them out.
