A giant hardware store without help is useless. Home Depot now seems to focus on the construction trades. Oh, well, there is always Dunn Lumber here in the Seattle area. And now no checkers? You don't want my business, that's clear.

Knowledgeable and helpful appliance specialist, Wes, helped with our fridge selection and ordering. He made sure we were aware of all the details, offered new information to consider, knew his products and was very respectful.

Return policy need revisit

This HD store is generally well stocked and usually find everything I need.

I love the garden area, however, as a property manager I love all the areas that have items I need in my business, i.e., carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, batteries, door stoppers. Great store.

The cashier Thomas blamed me (the customer) for buying products which lacked a barcode. Absolutely amazing that he apparently thinks it’s my job to tell him what the barcode is.

Sig was so helpful to me today, I came in, in the middle of a project, frustrated because I couldn’t find any of my husbands tool to complete my project and decided it was time to get my own. I needed a basic drill for around the house projects and was overwhelmed by the amount of choices! Sig helped me find exactly what I needed in my price range and made the choice simple and easy. I was overwhelmed by how kind he was to me and my kids and the service I received. I will definitely be back for all my needs in the future and not be overwhelmed because I know I’ll get expert help. Thanks so much, I got exactly what I needed!

You hear about The Nordstroms and the Walmarts of the world when you hear about excellent service on returns, but I want to say that my experience at the Bothell Home Depot was exceptional. Robert and Lauren helped me with a significant amount of returns from a plumbing project. I was nervous walking into the store with my multiple receipts and items, but Both Robert and Lauren greeted me with a smile and cheerful banter and instantly put me at ease. They were patient and professional as they sorted through my items and made the returns seamless. It was one of the best examples of great customer service I have seen. Bravo Home Depot for hiring two lovely humans and for the training and values you have given them. I will shop nowhere else!

Edward took the time to educate me on intricate plumbing connections for a tricky connection I had to make. He was patient and thoughtful in guiding me through the different parts and pieces. His customer service was outstanding.

Bob Neal, Appliance Specialist went above and beyond…knowledgeable, efficient and a good listener.

There have always been enough employees to help me when I needed it and I really appreciate how clean the store is.

We wanted to buy a range that was on sale. It was late - around 7:30pm - and we were in a Honda Civic. We were told we could't buy it unless we could be there with a truck when the store opened the next morning. (Minutes earlier we had just purchased 3 other appliances that were going to be delivered.) Needless to say, we returned the other purchase, and will be doing our shopping elsewhere from now on.

Kevin was very friendly, professional and helpful in getting us loaded and on our way. He is an asset and should be recognized.

Walked into Bothell HD with a brand/models in mind. The outstanding sales person (Bob N.) that greeted us gave us knowledge, product reviews and opinions that shifted our order completely. We ended up getting a much better trio of appliances than we would have without his help. Can't thank him enough!

About half the time I go here with a problem, an associate finds a resident expert who will talk me through the problem. I have no idea where they find these people, but I'm SO glad they have! An example would be today. A circuit breaker failed and I needed to replace it. As I've never done it before, I was a bit nervous (I mean, ELECTRICITY!) Almost as soon as I walked into the store, two associates (Bob and Katie) greated me and asked me what I wanted. They directed me to the right aisle, but also mentioned that I should find Wally, who is apparently the electrical guru. I got to the back and no Wally. But another associate asked me what I needed and, not only called Wally, but when he failed to answer, went to the break room to find him. Wally appeared a few minutes later and not only helped me find the right part but talked me through the repair. It made me feel so much more confident! If this was the only time this had happened, I'd still be impressed (but maybe not in love with this store). But it's pretty regular for the employees to do an equally great job helping me find the right person + part, then explaining what I need to do in order to be successful.

I bought new carpet for my grandkids playroom and had immediate service and complete followthrough from beginning to the end. Excellent customer service from the Kitchen department to the customer service desk. The best.

I had quick service at the Pro Desk. Line went fast and Annie completed the order quickly and got a fast delivery date.

When an online order was having a problem processing, I was able to contact Bothell customer service to both locate the item in inventory and then to help me place the order over the telephone for will call pickup. It really helps to have courteous and efficient human backup whenever online services are not functioning properly.

This is my go to store, and everytime I visit the staff is super helpful. It also has a great selection.

Just bought an LG refrigerator from the Bothell Home Depot. I was helped immediately with respect and professionalism from two great sales people - Bob N. and Elham! Whenever I need a new appliance, I head straight for this store where I receive consistently good service and quality products at affordable prices!

There was an excellent deal at the Bothel location of Home Depot in Seattle area, WA.

Bought a washer dryer and Bob N was instrumental in the selection and purchase of the system.

I forgot my debit card at home. I try to make a payment using a touch less device but it was not available. So I was short of cash. There was not ATM inside. So the cashiers KT and Clara help me they did a very nice job. They processed a return. They processed again and gave me a discount so I was able to afford it with the cash that I have at the time. It was almost time to close.

Poor service and you're not important enough to be helped.
