Months after they installed it after two different times of measuring and then bringing out the wrong colors that didn't even match and asked me if I was okay with that and I said NO. This project started in June of 2022 and here it is now February 16th of 2024 and Home Depot will not even get back to me for almost a year and a half now. This is not the only time that precision countertops has messed up, when I remodeled my three bathrooms back in 2014 they screwed that up at time too. Not one person has reached out to me after I have complained in person at Home Depot many of times and they tell me someone will call me back in a few days 🤪 still waiting.

I was very pleased with the short wait and very helpful person work the desk. She was very pleasant and worked to complete the return process.

Good customer service which is hard to find.

Needed a last minute item for my bathroom reno. Kept getting passed from person to person. Nobody cared. Worst customer "service" i can remember. Will go out of my way to shop anywhere else.

I was shocked to discover that Home Depot removed all "building materials" from their military benefits (save 10%). This is one of the main reasons I shopped there. I am much less likely to shop there.

We are always treated so professionally and kindly at the Pro-Desk. Everyone has a great wealth of knowledge and is happy to share it. We are constantly at the warehouse for our real estate client's home improvement needs, and we love the care that the crew shows us and our team. Rocky is such a gem!

I love going to Home Depot for supplies for my projects. At the Bothell location, I had a wonderful experience with a cashier who was incredibly helpful at the self-checkout. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to guide me through the process. I truly appreciate how much he cared, especially knowing I’m not very comfortable with technology. Moments like these—when people genuinely help one another—make life so beautiful.

I miss the individually manned check out stations. Not sure why they were discontinued. There were at least 6 employees standing around by the self check area with nothing to do as I left the store. Also, the self check out area is very crowded which it makes it difficult when you have large items like lumber and bulky items to check out, and it makes it much easier for people to cheat on quantities and to outright steal items. Individual cashiers always made sure that they were scanning everything in your cart. At self check there is no one checking to see if you have scanned everything, and no one to check your receipt to see if you did. I think Home Depot will be losing a lot of money with this endeavor. Hope they bring back individual check outs again. It was a much more personable experience overall.

I bought a 16ga Milwaukee Nail gun with a Milwaukee Forge battery and spent hours using them. Super combo.

Workers helped me locate item I had found online. Very courteous!

customer service in the lumber dept is NON existent they just drive around on forklifts and completely ignore you! like your not even there.

I always enjoy this particular Home Depot . It is always clean and friendly and being a General Contractor, I am glad when I get to shop here. I prefer it over other Home Depot locations.

The proDesk account if FREE. Best things: (1) ProDesk calls local HomeDepot when 98072 has no stock. That’s appreciated so much. (2) HomeDepot does have a locksmith machine (no, it’s different than a key maker); ProDesk will call other locations to find that rare skill, use it. (3) Discounts at the end of the month quarter

I had a problem with a propane grill (damaged panel) and customer service took care of it immediately. For any inconvenience I had, they were apologetic and upgraded the grill with no additional charge. So happy to be treated with such great customer service. I appreciate everyone in that department.

I've never shopped at this store, but I continue to get surveys on products I NEVER bought! I've escalated this multiple times, being reassured that someone would fix this. It's continues on a WEEKLY basis! Please get someone to step in, and STOP allowing someone to use my ACCOUNT!

I purchased a new refrigerator and OTR microwave. The refrigerator was delivered and installed today and seems to be working fine. The microwave out of the box had a huge dent in it. The delivery person called it in and a replacement has been requested. Waiting to hear back on when a new one will be delivered. The sales staff was very helpful when making the purchase.

There is a long haired unkept looking employee that is very rude and unhelpful each time I visit.

One of the garden cashiers who checked me out made sure to illustrate he was mad by slamming the cash register.

Home Depot employee, Gordon, was highly knowledgeable and attentive and provided valuable assistance as I selected flooring for a bathroom. He went above and beyond in providing information on proper installation. His expertise was much appreciated!

I went in to purchase a Champion wood chipper and was told I had to purchase it at customer service before they would bring it down. While purchasing the chipper the associate assisting me had to plead with another to bring it down who said it had to be quick. I get breaks are necessary but this was a 6 min job for him. Everything was rushed and as soon the product was down the associate started unboxing it. I have no idea why she did this but now I had an engine, a hopper, and other various parts to juggle getting to my car. Of course parts fell off the cart denting the exhaust cover and the hopper. So frustrated, I just let with the damaged product. Do not let the staff unpack anything for you!

I bought a bunch of good-looking flowers and tomato plants but had trouble getting directions to where the tomato cages are kept. I eventually found them, arranged in towers, but had a great deal of difficulty pulling them apart, and no one was around to help.

So many friendly, interested people to help. I was impressed with at least 4 ladies who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!. It was a Super Store, nothing like my usual store. Impressed!! Neat, clean, lots of stock. It looked like a real store. Go, take a look, the best HD I have ever been in. No wonder the parking lot is packed.

I love Home Depot and recommend them for on line orders and delivery on all products except lumber. I ordered just 3, 2 by 4 studs. One looked like a Beaver got to it. Gnarly! The dude who filled this order must have been laughing his head off! I just needed 3 good ones. I have 2 studs and something to hunt Mammoths with. I will be picking out my own lumber from now on.

The bigger washerwasn’t on floor to see! I ended up changing my order after I got home to get the bigger one after looking on line! Sheri and Franzenia were a great help! A longer time is needed to return bigger appliances.The ladies were a great help and nice to change my order!

I usually have no issues with this store but I pulled out my credit card to soon from the machine and the clerk looked at the clerk who was taking their place and mumbled something and obviously was not pleased. Really? Give me a break. Not happy.

In this store there used to be multiple single check out stations with a couple of self checkout kiosks. Now they are all bunched up with only one entrance for at least 10 registers. There are multiple people standing around who will come help you IF they observe a paying customer having problems.

This Home Depot converted to self-checkout in 2024. Where they used to check your things for you, now they funnel shoppers in one queue and have a bunch of professional checkers who could make this quick and easy, watch people figure out how to check stuff out. It's not rocket science, but frustrating to see the people who are good at this, stand back and watch people who are generally not good at it. What's the point? On top of that, there are cameras with computer screens at each station that make TSA look like a cakewalk, with image analysis software bracketing peoples' faces and flashing "RECORDING", as though you've done something really bad. Sure, you can just buy your item and leave, but it's not a pleasant experience to be distrusted from the start. I'd rather go to a more traditional store where they ring you up and don't automatically label you a suspect.
