I like this Home Depot. Good staff, Tom, Ted, and Steve are my go to guys.

At one of your stores, I had three 4 x 8 half-inch drywall sheets… no one offered to help me other than customers of your store. At the store in Boulder, I had one sheet of quarter inch 4 x 8 pieces… and I got help immediately to put it in the car. In both cases, I had to cut them to fit.

Paul at the Boulder store assisted me in researching our options when our wall oven died less than a week before Thanksgiving. We found a terrific unit that could be delivered two days before Thanksgiving, and Paul coordinated the installation with the Boulder store's top notch contractor. Devon and Mike worked closely with Paul and me to make sure this new oven was installed before Thanksgiving. It was unbelievable.

I want to give a huge shout-out and heartfelt thank-you to Brian F. at Home Depot in Boulder, for his exceptional help on November 17th, 2025. I came in with a broken garage door part and very little hope that it could be salvaged. Brian not only took the time to look it over carefully, but he also went above and beyond to find a solution that made the part usable again—saving me both time and money.

Each and every employee that I interacted with was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I visited the store 3 times in the span of 2 days, during our home renovation project. Without exception, every person knew the exact location of the item I was looking for and they were eager to help in any way possible. They all also ended our interaction by saying, "Have a great day!" Honestly, this Home Depot provided the best customer experience I have ever had at a store!

Usually find helpful staff and products when needed.

Had exactly what I was looking for in stock and it was convenient to go in and pick it up with my dog too

Waited in the gardening area and no one was around for 15 mins to help. Terrible.

We damaged our GE cooktop and wanted to replace it. The Boulder store had a replacement prògram. I was able to select a product over thè phone and arrange for the installation. Order through installation took only four days. The installers were careful and very pleasant. The whole process was first rate.

Some stores websites are a chore to navigate but not the Home Depot. I can quickly learn if HD has what I need, the cost and variants of the same product. I always appreciate the military discount too.

Brian in appliances, Sophia and her manager at the customer service area were exceptionally helpful and helped me to resolve some return issues with professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate this.

They have most of the parts i need in stock, and shipping is often free and quick for non-stocking items. Nice staff too.

I asked the check out person for details on bulk price offers as advertised in the garden section He had NO idea and told me he usually worked elsewhere in the store Pathetic!!! I shop in plant section frequently and fortunately I know what I’m looking for and the one time I ask for information I get an individual mansplaining to me about the concept of bulk prices but No IDEA about Home Depot’s offer!!!!

Each time I shop at this store I am impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach of their Associates, especially MARIA and Rob. Don't have photos or video's of them, but highly recommend them to anyone.

We have homes in Denver, Boulder and Santa Fe and all of them have had remodeling done to them. By far, the Boulder Home Depot has had the best customer service, especially in the appliance department. Everyone in the store is friendly, knowledgable and patient. Love shopping at this store!!

The mulch I needed was on sale and an employee helped load it into my car. Great experience!!

Lot is full, but not the store. Customer service lady says contractors pick up their crews here and leave their cars and trucks.

The store is often too busy with a very confusing and unfriendly checkout. I go to the Louisville store more often.

The help in the paint department, the cabinet department today were both very nice and helpful. The customer service help to order the cabinet was also very pleasant and professional.

Best store manager, he’s out walking the floor when he can interacting with customers and making sure the staff is going in the right direction. Great job !

Thanks to Paul Snodgrass in the appliance department for catching my mistake in selecting a refrigerator with a door that would not open fully due to a wall in my kitchen. I was able to make a better choice with his help. That is why I shop at Home Depot! Thanks, Paul!

I had some issues with a special order, and the team upstairs went above and beyond to get this resolved, not something often seen these days.

I've noticed a great improvement in service over the last year - employees are more engaged, helpful and proactive. It's been really great to experience. Keep up the good work!

We arrived at the Boulder store around 8 pm one evening to shop for a refrigerator, but the appliance area was no longer staffed at that hour. We decided on our own which unit we wanted, and went to the customer service area to see if someone could do the transaction. Normally the appliance people would handle this, and setting up the delivery, installation, etc...it's more than just paying for it. We were fortunate that a rep named Ashley was working that night, because she knew all the ins and outs of the process and was able to handle the whole transaction efficiently, courteously and professionally. Kudos to Ashley!

We had to wait for 10+ minutes in the self check-out line because there were only 2 staff members and 4 self check-out lines open. Only self check-outs open. The staff member said they could not open the 7+ other self check-out lines because they didn't have enough staff. A Saturday afternoon. This is ridiculous.

Shopping here for 10 years. Everyone is so helpful. Only complaint is as of late there have been 8 or 10 persons loitering in and around the parking lot. Feels uncomfortable to say the least!!!

I am disabled and it is nice to know that I’m able to find most of the things that I need at the Home Depot. It’s not only convenient, but economical. There have been some occasion, rare, but overall the service has been great and I do a lot of ordering over the computer and I appreciate the expedience of the order.

I am building a 6x12 shed for the first time and the process is challenging. The team at HD has been really helpful from advice on materials to purchase, to gathering the materials, to helping me load them on the trailer I rented to haul the materials, etc.
