As a professional organic gardener and landscape designer, my time is precious. I typically know what products I need, and appreciate Associates who 1) know where items are located, and, 2) will help me load a cart, pay quickly and load my truck. The folks at Home Depot are very cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. I used to get this type of service at our local McGuckin Hardware, but they have gone so far downhill over the past 2 years, hiring folks who just don't seem to care, that I will no longer spend my hard-earned money there. Home Depot is the best place for me to purchase soil amendments, plants, construction materials, etc. I highly recommend them !

Thls store has a very friendly and product knowledgable staff. That being said, they are very dog friendly too!

I had not been able to order mirror bi-fold doors on line because there was no shipping to Colorado. Because I was shopping at the Boulder store for other things I decided to see if there was some way to get the (replacement) doors via the store. I found associate CV85C6 in the door/window department, and when I told him my situation, he immediately assured me that there was another vendor who sold similar doors and would ship the doors to the Boulder store for pick-up. He then showed me a picture of the doors that were available and described them in some detail. I cannot tell you how relieved and pleased I was; I have tried to find replacement doors that "matched" the other mirror bi-fold doors in my bedroom for over a year with no success. The salesman was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to talk with, and he completed my order quickly. Thank you, CV68C6!

Found exactly what I needed in short order and did it with a friendly helpful attitude.

Wood pallet pieces on the floor. Displays in the way. NO employees to be found to help on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. No lids for the plastic storage containers. 100 bottoms, no tops. Cashier asked if I found everything. I said No, there are no lids for the containers. He said it looks like you found it. I said No, this isn't the one I wanted. He said "bummer". I said I couldn't find help. He said "That's too bad". Awful experience. Found the boxes I needed at Lowes, where 3 employees asked if I needed help. I know HD is bad sometimes, but I've never experience it like this before.

I never would have found the things I needed if it had not been for associate Larry, he is great and I feel deserves a raise.

Bought a pair of heavy duty scissors. They unfortunately did not work for the project I purchased them for. Returned them the next day. Took ~5 mins for someone to show up at the return desk to help me. Sales associate handling return never made eye contact and was very disrespectful. Asked if I had the plastic zip ties that held the scissors to the cardboard backing. I didn't; since they had been cut off, figured they wouldn't be reusable and didn't bother bringing back with me. Said that I didn't think the lack of those would be a big deal. She responded with "it's a bigger deal than you think." Another associate then chimed in and told her that the store had plastic zip ties she could use and reattach the scissors to the packaging. My sales associated continued to not make eye contact and there was zero attempt to be remotely friendly with me during this visit. Do not recommend. Rude, unhelpful staff. Take your business to places where the associates are happy to actually provide good customer service.

The store was clean and I had no problem finding what I wanted. Staff was helpful.

the store is fairly clean and always busy. The problem is no one knows how to help with issues on commercial credit cards. For a year now I have been having issues. Also the fuel points took over the 5% off and you can't get ANYONE to help on this issue. months I have tried. Different associates. computer. customer service desk. Contractor desk. No help. We are about to give up on this store!

My cashier, Kristin, helped me make a tax exempt purchase and it was simpler than ever before! She recognized the tax exempt number as belonging to Boulder County and we discussed where I worked. She thanked me for my public service and I felt very appreciated! I passed this same message on to my entire team!

I rented a Rug Doctor to deep clean my car and the associates were extremely helpful and prompt. I'll definitely come here again when I need to rent one again!

Jose' in the lumber department is one of the most conscientious Associates I have encountered. He is meticulous in his role in cutting lumber to my specs.

Associate knew exactly what I wanted and where it was located in the store. He coiled the irrigation piping, found the proper coupling and taped it into an easy "carry" for me to ride the bus with it.

This store has everything i go to this home depot all the time.

Having purchased an LG Washer, which had received good ratings in reviews, this machine proved to be a "lemon" and failed to operate correctly since its installation in so much as the water temp never rose above cold no matter which setting was used. LG contacted and a totally incompetent rep spoken to on phone who only wanted to sell more appliance insurance which I already had purchased. Engineer(nice guy and very helpful) eventually attended twice, replaced circuit board but to no avail. It still didn't work property. He said he was unable to solve the problem. LG contacted yet again but had no record of engineer's visits which amounted to 5 hours. These circumstances continued over a period of 4 months! No workable washing machine available during that time. Finally Home Depot, Boulder, and especially the appliance supervisor agreed that she would take the washer back and so I purchased another machine from Samsung which is working perfectly. Moral of this experience: BEWARE OF LG APPLIANCES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE.

Had to return paint due to Home Depot mistake. I wasted a lot of time with the wrong paint color. On the other hand, while waiting for new paint to be mixed, I found a great deal on a closeout bathroom mirror.

I was pleased with the help I received in the garden shop. This is typical of the rest of the store.

Asked 1st associate I saw if by chance they carried sawhorse brackets and he was able to direct me to isle number and location of what i was looking for.. Pretty painless, went right to them.

I'm a regular at the Home Depot. It has everything I need for the jobs I do around the house. If I can't find it on the Homedepot.com website I go to the store. I recently remodeled my home and was able to find several items at the Home Depot.. Now that the weather is getting warmer I'm selecting things for my garden. It is always a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot.

Tommy was more than helpful and went out of his way to solve my problem. Associates like him are what make Home Depot my first stop when I need household products.

Katharine, the cashier, was extremely efficient at checking me through the line, She knew what she was doing and was also friendly at the same time.

The first year this store was open, store associates were not helpful and did not know where things were located. That has changed. For the last several years, 90% of the times I asked for a particular item, the store associates knew exactly it was located

For the first 2 years this store was open (Boulder, CO store), store associates were of little help, as they knew less about where things were located than I did. Gradually, they have become much better trained. For the last 2 years, only 2 associates didn't know where something was located that I was looking for. All others (probably 12-15) have known exactly where to find things I asked about. A GREAT improvement!
