I wish that the product I needed today was available. I love shopping at this store, the prices are reasonable, and there are many varieties to choose from.

We went into this Home Depot after a disappointing experience with the Home Depot in Sun City Florida. WE needed to purchase a small piece of shelve board with a custom cut, very simple. Ron in the lumber dept. was friendly and very accommodating even though our purchase was a small one. Kudos to Ron and the Brandon Home Depot,

The store is laid out well,and the emplyees are helpful and courteous.

I visit this Home Depot often. I work at the local Flying J Truck Stop and there's always something we need from Home Depot. This trip far exceeded any other as Kyle greeted me in the isle and asked if there was anything he could help me find. Little did he know that I had a list of probably about 10 items. He asked to see the list and personally walked to each item on the list. Kyle far exceeded my expectations. I would love to have a few Kyle's working for me. He made the shopping trip fun. He had something positive to say to every customer or employee he passed along the way. Great Job!!! John Vradenburg

With my new position I am spending a lot of time at Home Depot! Everyone is very helpful every time I stop over. Also the website is super easy to work.

I bought 2 Flash Lights and 1 big Umbrellas for my spouse for Christmas. The prices on all of my stuff was great prices. Glad I know where to get these items. Nadine at the customer service desk always takes really good care of me. She is very friendly and pleasant to us.She rings up everything I ever get done from home depot and all my items that I'm buying. I have done a lot of work on my house using home depot to do all of it.

I came into the store for 3 items that I needed to complete my Christmas shopping list and it is the week of Christmas!! I was so pleased that not only did I get in and out in record time, but the associates were so helpful assisting me to find these items so I could get on my way. Thank you Home Depot, always a pleasure

This is my home store. I shop in Home Depots all over the country for my job. This store is one of the best. My only issue is that it is a small store and lacks some stock that forces me to go to another store once in a while. I have very little trouble finding an associate unless the store is very busy.

This store in Brandon is my favorite having been to others. Everyone in the store is fantastic, friendly, and very professional

Purchased floor tile and the store did not have enough help to get the products to my vehicle. Decided not to purchased wall tile at this location.

I went in thinking I had everything I needed for a return of a product I had purchased online. Unfortunately it had fallen out of the box and I did not. Diane the cashier and Yoselin the DH Front end manager went beyond great customer service assisting me. Thank you!

I prefer going to this Home Depot store because they have a wider variety of options when it comes to products.

The most excellent customer service I have ever received at a home depot, AND I USED TO WORK FOR HOME DEPOT. Keith is my go to guy. He goes above and beyond what is asked of associates at Home Depot. Keith is helpful, extremely nice and just makes you feel welcomed. This guy deserves a raise!

Home Depot is awesome. My only criticism in all the years I've been shopping there is that the layout of nearly every store seems to be different. I frequently utilize 4 different Home Depot locations in the area, and each one seems to be organized differently. Since the basic building design, parking, etc. seem to be the same at every store, one would think that it would be logical to design the aisles / merchandise layout in essentially the same way at every location. The difference in layout wastes a huge amount of time in looking for items needed. Aside from that, I think HD does an amazing job.

Had a great visit at my favorite HD store in Brandon. Thanks to all the great guys & their great customer service. Found everything I needed very quickly.

FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN TO THE STORE I FELT LIKE I WAS PART OF THE STAFF. THEY HELPED ME FIND THE SHOPVACS AND I WAS IN AND OUT IN A HURRY. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK.

I have not been to this home depot store in a while and I was surprised to see that for one of the original stores in area it was kept up to standard with the newer stores and the staff was just as friendly and informative as the day it opened.

Was very upset when I needed to find an associate to help me find folding closet doors. I have to walk the whole store to find someone and when I did he did know much of store layout but even worst did not make the effort to find resolution to my request. He just pointed In a direction and said " I think there in a isle x. I when to that isle and what I was looking for was not in that isle. I was sooo mad I just left without buying anything.

the store was really decorative and clean they had so many options and things to choose from , that wouldn't be in another store.

The cashier and an associate was very courteous and helpful while assisting me with my purchass. I am handicapped and do not always get such help without asking. Thank you dor having such nice employees.

Every time I go to this store I always get the best experience with everything.

The cashier Kanesha was very helpful and very nice. The floor associate did not help with loading and unloading our purchase. Very disappointed!!
