Home Depot is a great place to shop. This Home Depot helps pros to feel they are a part of the community they service.

I just have to give a big shoutout to Yssy De Gracia and her team for providing excellent help. They really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. And I have to say, the contracted installer team they brought in was absolutely amazing! They were professional, efficient, and just all-around the best. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much!

In this store the as. Manager Yssy, is the best.

Last week I got special attention from the assistant manager Yssy.

Visited the store twice in two days to get information on an exterior door replacement. Paid $40 to have someone come out and measure. Still waiting for that to happen!!!!

All I know is that I needed a new fridge and I needed it now. Patricia showed me my options and answered all of my questions. We settled in for the perfect solution for my needs. Your selection and Rosicrucian knowledge made this all so easy for me.

Staff went out of their way to help me find a shelf I thought was out of stock. Very happy :)

Great service: it was great having all associates to respond to my needs in a timely manner with a smile and that included the cashier.

Selection of plants I was looking for is way better than any other Home Depot. I don’t mind to drive all the way to this store from Polk County.

I bought a beautiful plant, there were so many to choose from it took about half an hour.

I’m having a hard time with all of the changes. 1) To spend over $1200 only to find out at check out that my military discount wouldn’t apply is frustrating. 2) As a new Home Depot credit card user, it was also frustrating that a promotional interest rate of 6, 12, or 24 months wasn’t offered in the keypad. At the competitor store these two items are standard practice and where I plan to take future business, although further from my home.

Upgrading my home and they have all the answers for me

The Manager YSSY made sure I obtained all of the garden supplies for my school garden (3 pallets/trips) that I needed. She made sure things ran smoothly when I came to pick up each load so I did not have to worry things were missing from the order and I did not have to wait . I have lived in this area since 2001, and she is the best Home Depot manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is friendly, professional and thorough. I went from dreading dealing with this order to looking forward to picking it up! If you want Amazing service, ask for YSSY!

All departments are there to assist

I stop because it is convenient to pick up merchandise on my way home from work. Problem is the store is very disorganized, clutter of stock in isles. Stock is above on shelves but not in bins. Employees are hard to find and not helpful when you find them.

I needed a special item to make a creative project (a V shapped metal or plastic , 10" long thing to pour cat kibble into my outdoor feral cat crates) and Matthew in the Paint Dept took me right to what would work for me! The 12" Mud Pan I can cut down!!! Smart thinking!
