I love the service on the curb side pick up! So amazingly convenient. I am not able to walk that much and this place makes it so easy for me every time I go. I wish they had more selection on kitchen Foucets, I was looking for one but could not fine anything Similar to what I have and the person helping me was not very helpful.

Cesar from the paint department was helpful and nice enough to help me find the pain I needed for my bathroom, I was expecting that I will be finding it myself as usual every time I shop at this Home Depot , you can’t always find some one that are not attending clients. This time it was great experience! Even the cashier Rashel the cashier in the return department help me checked out and was fast! Now the other good part was will! it was raining hard and he approached me if I needed help Loading it and absolutely I said! he was a young gentleman very good manners! love shopping here now.

My wife and I were shopping for a kitchen cabinet design and did not have many ideas. We supplied measurements ot the room and appliances and Johanna in the kitchen design department took those and created an amazing kitchen. She's the best!

So tired of being reminded 5-6 times that it’s almost 10pm. Where are all those people when I need help during the day? Can’t find anyone usually but you can count on being told to leave 5 times if you are in the store past 9:45. Today I was in my car at 10:04 and all parking lot lights even the orange home depot sign and floodlights were turned off. I couldn’t see my feet in the parking lot much less find my car. Super safe idea guys. That will teach those pesky customers.

Don't go into this store without your item(s) already looked up on the HD website with an aisle location and store map. How can floor support be any worse?

Was told that veterans discount had a yearly limit. Would like to know more on this subject.

I purchased a over range mounted microwave oven, the service was fast, effective and pleasant. My delivery was within my expected time fame, and installation was done professionally without any issue. I was overall very satisfied with the service received. I will be back in the future for sure. Thanks.

I was pleased more than normal I was helped at 4 different steps of my visit and I especially was happy when a youg man helped me load my truck great job all of you and God bless

I shop here alot and really don’t know the whole store. But I asked an employee where do I find this item? Because isle 42 eye level! I was impressed because it was EXACTLY where it was! Thank you Brentwood Home Depot! 5 stars

Positive positive things at the Brentwood Home Depot

Alex manager for blinds said he would refund the install which had to be canceled since we did not have blinds but they failed to cancel. They charged me twice for same blind and refuse to acknowledge it until I printed paperwork and proved it to them Once they agreed to refund the extra charge for blind, then they went back on their word to refund the original install. You cant trust this store. 2 months worth of mistakes by their employees and they treated me like I did something wrong. I will never buy anything that has to be installed or requires hiring them for work.

Bought contactors closet doors, very straight forward to fit. One thing of note if you buy this product, on mine the rail and the pelmet guide are a little offset which made me need to move the rail once installed. Otherwise a quick and easy install.

I would like to thank Heather the Manager at the Brentwood Location, she’s very helpful, knowledgeable and kind and the rest of the staff too.

Only 1 checkout person and a long line. Self check was closed. I ended up putting the items back and leaving.

Heather Christiansen worked with me to order stack ledger tiles for our new outdoor kitchen. These had to be special ordered. The corners weren't on the Home Depot site, so Heather called MSI and was able to purchase them for me. When to price came out too high she called the manager and competitors price. I now have both of the tiles being delivered to my residence. Heather was persistent and truly wanted to help me. I am so grateful for her support.

This is a decent store in size and availability of items. Help is hit or miss. Mostly a miss if you happen to track someone in an orange apron down in one of the isles. The worst thing about this store is the parking lot. parking is a mess, you have illegal activity going on all over from unpermitted food sales to illegal immigrants hounding you for work when you pull up in a pickup truck. Parking lot is usually full of trash strewn about and the shopping carts are just all over the place. Its not well lit at night either.

The product is okay but i need customer service since i want to purchase a patio door.

Plumbing For Under-The-Sink Water Leaks has always been an issue over the years. I purchased a dual water valve with 3/8" & 1/4" compression line out-ports using a single quarter turn 'on-off' shutoff handle that attached directly to a 1/2" water supply line pipe. I have never seen a valve made like this in all my life. This replaced a leaky multi-turn two-handle dual water valve that had leakage due to a metal fatigue fracture crack on the valve body. This replacement valve, wow, what a find. Thank you to Home Depot.

I purchased and payed for delivery and installation, the installers used old bracket and didn't level the microwave, now I have to waste another day to have home depot come back to fix the microwave a second time. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR STORE.

I have bought multiple appliances which I have always been very happy with, the delivery crew are always exceptional, go above and beyond. I am a regular customer in your Brentwood and Ukiah locations and would recommend both.

I broke down and went to HD in Brentwood. Been going to this location for years. I realized why I don't deal with HD anymore. The employees are so fricken stupied. Who ever hires these KIDS with no experience should be fired. Hire retired contractors that know there stuff. These employees are there for a paycheck and a hook up. No morals on having a job. Personally I'll never go back.

Wayyyy better than the Pittsburg, ca location. Cleanest one in the Bay Area. I can come in and grab what I need and want fast because things are where they should be. Not like the other locations. Another location is closer to me but I choose this one every time because I can find things fast and easier. Might have to drive farther, but I save so much time because of how well organized things are.
