I purchased some shades for my kitchen the gentleman was very professional and knew his product very well. He was courteous, neat and knowledgeable. Mr Leighton is his first name he works in the blinds and shades area.

I love this store! I will go past two other two Home Depots to go to this one because my favorite employees are here. I always have a good experience trying to find what I am looking to purchase. I am truly said that I purchased something from a different store when I could have gotten it here for $50 less.

My wife placed an order for a char griller grill, rapid fire chimney, and grill cover, we also asked for the grill to be assembled by an experienced staff. We received a text/email stating the grill was ready for pick up. We rented a truck from your competitor since you were not renting due to Covid 19 and proceeded to the Brice Road, Columbus, Ohio location. Upon arrival, we wait for 20 minutes to find out that the grill is not assembled and is not ready for pickup until three days later. This is unacceptable. No one from Management came to assist the issue or apologize for the mistake. No accountability for the poor level of customer service. When I shop at your competitors, I never receive this level of incompetence or lack of attention to details especially when spending several hundreds of dollars.

This store has some all stars employees. Brian in electrical. Jay in plumbing. Charlies in paint. If I was going to start a business these guys would be the first I would hire. Their knowledge and expertise are priceless along with their great customer service mindset.

Doesn't matter when I enter the store, I am always greeted as a friend. Enjoy this store for the quality of employees in specialty areas such as electric. Brian, always points me in the right direction as a DIY kind of guy. Even when I think I am right lol.

I was there to purchase a dryer they were very friendly and very helpful. Karen help me complete my purchase of a dryer and pedestal. She helped purchase the best one for my needs. Thank you Karen. You are AWESOME!!!

Due to heavy rain and flooded streets, my basement flooded and my sump pump was no longer working, I called around to every store, every day and each time I called Brice Rd, they were very friendly over the phone and helpful finding the item once I arrived at the store and answered my questions, thank you

Home Depot have some amazing stores and each store is different. The Home Depot near me cater to handy people or contractors. I can always depend on this store for do it yourself supplies and the people are very friendly and helpful. The associates where able to help me shop for the items I needed in 21 minutes. I even learned about the Home Depot app., so please add the app. to your phone.

Store had twice as much product as other stores alot to pick from. Associate was very knowledgeable about the different product and helped us make a good decision. I felt very comfortable when we left the store with the information given to us and learned the steps of how installation will go.

Many places to shop today. Always get great treatment at this store. I live on opposite side of town; one hour away. Still go to this store, rather than the one by my house. Excellent customer service!

I eas in store on 11/29/19 @ 6:43pm and i don't know gentlemen name who work at self serve check out but want to thank him for great cud service he gave. Seen me taking long came to assist. It's very impressive when people pay attention to other needs just first nature no effort. That's what you call great customer service thank you

Overall very satisfied with the store. It is sitting in an exclusive property and so makes it less congested in the parking area. Easy to get in and out of the store. Feels more like a good neighborhood store. Something unique here is that the store seems to have good customer service. More employees moving around to make sure customers are being helped. There was one particular employee walking around smiling, greeting people and directing them, while attending to his job. Another Associate named Joyce, is a storehouse of information if you have questions.

Beat experience at a home improvement store. It was nice to have employees be attentive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that’s rare these days. The store was clean and in order.

We had been dealing with a problem for sometime. Finally went into the store and ask for store manager. Once we talked to the store manager he referred us to Becky. Becky took over and had everything settled within 24 hours. Having Becky at this store is definitely a big plus for Home Depot. Because of Becky we will start shopping at Home Depot again.
