The woman who greeted me at the store front was able to direct me to 4 items I asked about and store associates were available while not being intrusive when I wanted to browse. Checkout went very smoothly with Sara and my veteran status shown with my VA card was accepted for a 10% discount - which I very much appreciated. I have shopped at this Brice location about twice per month for many years.

Came in to get some materials for painting walls. Found what I needed, after some looking around, and went to check out. Sara was the cashier. Very polite, professional and courteous. Need more like her in the store....

Good store, but people will be people. If entering sweepstakes is important to you, check your receipt if it is printed at the customer svc desk and make sure it does not chop off part of the survey entry stuff at the bottom by printing on two pages: I had the User ID missing on mine because it fell in the margin between the pages so the printer didn't print it. Couldn't use it to enter sweepstakes, not worth going back to the store to reprint it.

This is the best Home Depot in the area with the BEST store employees. Store associates, Mann and Kathy, will make your visit quick and enjoyable from start to finish. They are great people and will do anything they can to help. Highly recommend!!!

The store consistently is staffed by friendly and helpful associates, is clean and always has in stock the items I'm seeking.

There was a sales rep by the name of Charles (I think Super Charles) in the Paint Dept. He provided and demonstrated excellent customer service. Friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and had a good attitude. He explained the product and the differences product I was looking for. He helped me from beginning to end and he provided service in a timely manner. I will also note that there were other employees that offered their assistance when I went down other isles, who were courteous and friendly as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt good not having to track employees down for help. Good job Home Depot Brice Rd.

It was very busy in the department I was visiting, but the employee handled multiple customers with ease, always being friendly and helpful as I observed. Once I was taken care of, her attitude was the same and I did not feel rushed to make a decision on a choice of product. Another employee in the same department also was very helpful and recommended a few products based on my project needs. Checkout was also fast and pleasant.

Found all I was looking for. Prices were better than other home improvement stores.

There is a Home Depot approximately 2 miles from my home. But I have found the employees of this Home Depot to the friendliest and most willing to assist with any questions I might have in regards to my latest project. So I drive the additional 16 miles round trip.

The store was clean and products were easy to find, I was very happy with a help I've received in Electrical Supply aisle. An employee saved my time and was very proficient. THANK YOU!!

MANY times, New Product is "Displayed" various places throughout the store, Shelves or Aisles or Floor space.....WITHOUT BEING PRICED. Since there is NO "Price Check Scanners" throughout the store, the customer has to FIND a Sales Associate, ( Sometimes Nearly Impossible ) OR Physically Take the Item from the BACK of the store to a FRONT Register to find the price. NOT Good. ALSO, the News indicated Home Depot is Planning of REDUCING Store Inventory, in favor of ONLINE Sales. A BIG MISTAKE.

We built a new home in Pickerington, Ohio which was near this Home Depot location in 2004. After shopping at various home improvement stores in the area, some much closer to our home, I finally learned my lesson and narrowed my choice of suppliers down to ONE. The Home Depot on Brice Road in Reynoldsburg Ohio. My reasons were simple, the best customer service, knowledgeable employees, and fair prices. During several calamities in the past 10 years I found several totally dependable and reliable contractors recommended by home depot and superb advice from Home Depot Managers and employees. I don't even call the local other stores competitors, only " your neighbors down the street".

I found all the products I was looking for & the cashier Shelly always has a great attitude & does a great job.

I needed help in both bath and flooring. Both associates were courteous and answered all my questions. I was able to order all the things I needed to redo the finished basement.

I am always coming up with new ways to challenge Doug's resourcefulness. But he's never let us down . getting us what we need when we need it
