nice workers need more workers waited a long time to get help

Easy to find the Water Heater and an associate was near buy to help me place an order for product delivery and installation.

Unlike other stores where employees look away hoping you don't stop them Home Depot employees go out of there way to see if you need help!

Home Depot always has what I need at decent prices. The employees always are willing to help when I need it. Great place to shop

THey had the flooring i was looking for at a great price. I like the food cart outside.

Staff was helpful, helped load items on to the cart an into my car. Offered to push the car for me as it was extrememly heavy.

I pass right on by the Lowes on Brice Rd to go to Home Depot.

I didn't have a clue what my brother-in-law sent me for. I was greeted by two guys who helped me find what I needed.

Aisles always cluttered. Have a bad back and need to use electric cart. Often the wheeled ladders are left in the aisles with no room to maneuver around them. Other aisles are like obstacle course trying to get around carts, displays. Doesn't management care about the appearance of his store? It always looks trashy. Will give credit to all associates. They are always friendly and willing to help. One cashier at the self check-out always recognizes me and will scan and bag my purchases. Always above and beyond what is necessary. I shop there because the store is convent and the associates are the greatest. They are what keeps me coming back.

Paint department associate asked all the right questions about the sample color I brought in to match. He scanned the color, asked me what base I wanted and recommended a tougher paint for the purpose I am using the object to be painted. Filled the order promptly and correct.

We needed assistance in purchasing kitchen cabinet knobs and pulls. We found just what we were looking for on a special display. Unfortunately there were not enough pulls nor knobs to meet our requirements. The customer service member and the store manager recommended going to another Home Depot location and did an exhaustive search of nearby stores to find the knobs and pulls. We appreciated their sincere effort to help us. The Home Depot staff were great but their inventory system failed them. We soon discovered that upon visiting another store that it did have the pulls and knobs even though the data system showed none available.

The assistance I received in plumbing was exceptional. Master plumber working at the time explained to me (a dummy when it comes to plumbing) the correct way to repair my issue.

I got charged for merchandise that I didn't get and for another that came with no protective packaging which invariably caused it to get beat up in transit and then they only offered to trash it for me!!
