The inmates are running the asylum and are inconveniencing the honest and curtious shopper. I am tired of it and something has to be said.

The employees know how to help their customers.

Apparently when employees "call out sick" there is not anyone to cover their department (which seems to happen a lot) so you have to walk around the store trying to get someone to help you. I recently went to purchase a storm door which i knew would need to be ordered due to size. First i was told the person covering is on a 30 min. break so i left and went back 1 hour later....to still find no employee in the department. Finally a gentleman was able to get Brittani to help me....Brittani normally works in the Paint Dept. but after sitting with her and her being able to figure out how to place my order (she mentioned she worked in Millwork dept years ago) i say give her a promotion! Her customer service skills were fantastic - she more than made up the bad experience i was having up to meeting her! She can probably run the store.

Thus store is very organized, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the location & hours of operation it’s so easy for me.

I found the products I needed with the assistance of a very polite and accommodating associate. The associate walked me over the the display. The associate that checked me out was very nice as well as everyone that I encountered

The cashiers are usually very pleasant but other than that it's a pretty gloomy experience. Many of the employees are only willing to help if it's their department and many times there isn't anyone in the department.

The Bridgeport Home Depot is always an adventure. this time was no different. I came in to look at doors and windows for a remodel project. Luck for me Jeff was working in the department on this day. He was in the middle of loading a pallet of doors on a lift. He sat me down and gave me complete attention. Not my usual experience with the store. He handled everything for me while helping all other customers that came by making all feel like we mattered. I was exhausted watching him.

one thing I do not like you have parking for people who are picking up a lot of wood or heavy stuff, but people park there cars in the pick up spot and no one says anything and they come out with a little ba, because they don't want to walk from the parking lot, these spots are important and someomne should watch them, it has happen to me at derby ct and bridgeport

Tonya, Liz, Kelton and John all helped me get the exact firepit I was shopping for and worked hard to make it happy. They were cheery, kind and without a doubt, happy to make me happy. They are good folks and good employees!

Kelton, from Plumbing, was very helpful tonight when I bought not one, but two, new thermostats. He gave me great advice and I was able to install them quickly and with confidence. I love shopping this store. I have received help from many employees having shopped there for 16 years. There seems to be more people around lately to help direct you and answer questions. The Garden department has some young people working there but they have also been very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend the Bridgeport store.

If you need Doors or windows, Go see Geoff in Bridgeport. Geoff will make you feel like you are the only person in the store and he listens to what you are trying to do!

I would recommend store department associates but not cashiers attendants.

Raesean at the millworks desk went out of his way to cut a sheet of plywood for me. It made for a good experience.

my cashier 'tiffany was very helpful with checking out. friendly and patient as a senior we are slower so she did a great job

This HomeDepot store is always clean and stocked with items. The staff is very helpful and there is plenty of parking. The prices are reasonable also. There is even a rental department for vans on the premises.

Geoff in the Bridgeport Flooring department is the best! When others hide or just point. Geoff helps from start to finish,
