Love this Home Depot... the garden center has SO many good plants, that I didn’t even go to a nursery this year.
The cashier was friendly & fast checking us out, & the man in the parking lot getting carts, took ours from us after we put the plants in the car... just a good shopping trip!

The staff here are always willing to help customers. There is a man, (whose name unfortunately, I did not catch) who shared information about good garden lighting and helped us find the items we were looking for. Also a Baby Boomer, he showed me how to find the magnifying glass feature on my IPhone. This guy was so friendly and pleasant. He rocks!

I can't give them a zero, so.. Terrible experience. You name it! Bad attitudes, unhelpful, disrespectful, took 45 minutes to get someone to bring washer to front of store, then guy left. No one would come back to help me load. Loaded myself, with bad back. Not another dime or minute of my life!!!

Thanks to Lorenzo for approaching me to help me with soil and mulch on 4/12/18. He took the initiative, taped up bag holes to prevent a mess in my car, helped me load my cart, offered to help load my car, and he was kind. Customer service at this location has improved over the last few years. Please keep it up!
