The things I needed were there, the assistance from the employees was very helpful. Their personal knowledge came in handy. The prices were better than Lowe's. It was a good experience.

This Home Depot is laid out a little differently from the one I usually shop at, but I find that the floor plan makes sense and everything is still easy to find. The staff is professional and helpful, and are easy to find to ask questions of.

Associates knew exactly where the products were. Unfortunately I have a walking disability and the two items I wanted were on extreme opposite ends of the store. There was no motorized cart for me to ride like at Walmart or the grocery stores. There was no place to sit or rest in between departments. Furthermore, the parking lot is considerably smaller at the Brinkman (Houston) store than most locations, since there is now a "Chick Fillet" in the middle of the parking lot. I suppose that could be a good thing though if you were hungry.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. Very helpful employees. I am grateful that this store sells CEDAR 8' fence pickets ... which can be difficult to find.

You can always find products you need and a variety of other items related to what you may need for example counter tops - you can also find glue, brushes to apply strips for edges all in the same place to help you complete a project with one trip.

This store almost always has exactly what I'm looking for and always has stuff I didn't know I needed.

I went in because I needed to get a washing machine. I got to the department and a young lady who did not work in that department and was just walking by found the employee for me immediately. He was extremely helpful and got me completed in an expeditious manner and was apologetic when a call came in during my transaction. I don't remember his name but he was sales person rmw6618. The next day Taleshia and Nay were extremely courteous and helpful when my husband came up to pick up the appliance. I love your employees at this location! There was even on another visit where and employee came up to us and said, Ive seen you guys in here before, can I help you! WOW! Great!

Very friendly staff, always willing to help, if you can locate one. Their knowledge of complex problems differs, but overall the best general hardware store in the area. More functional parts to find than other nearby big stores.

They have most of the items I need to buy at good prices, and the associates are always helpful.

All in All a good experience - just ensure you double check the SKU's to the items you select and verify correct QTY's were charged at the cashier.

I got a speed service and found almost everything, they could improve on trim stocking

Store was clean and staff was helpful as well as they actually had knowledge and could discuss options of a project I want to tackle and gave me several ways to be able to complete this project as a DIY yeah for that. I was even able to assist a newly wed couple on products that would help them attract song birds and butterflies to their yard, since HD employee was assisting another customer. I have around 10 bird feeders as well as the garden that is set up for 5 types of butterflies to lay eggs and complete entire life cycle in.

The store was well lighted,very clean,merchandise were displayed in an orderly manner and prices were visible.

Super helpful associate in the lumber department. I told him about my project and he got everything together for me that I would need.

Went in to buy some drill bits, flathead screwdriver, dry wall knife, and new wire cutters, found all of these very fast and easily. Store is very well organized and clean and any employee near by offered to help me right away.

Often if I'm looking around, an associate will approach me to ask if I need help. They all seem to know where everything is located. It always amazes me. I could never remember all of that.

The store was shipped my online order because I did not review the shipping location. The associate Nay Edwards made the experience so enjoyable that I was not upset about having to drive way out of my area to get the, I may even return to that store for some future purchases. She was tremendous.

Just an overall great experience with employees, managers, other shopper's and everyone in the store. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing Garden Center. I had flowers all over the floor and the associates who came up to me said nothing about the mess and said it looked like I'm creating. It was a great trip!!
