Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:

Excellent customer service

Eddie, a garden center department employee at this Home Depot, is an exemplary employee! He asked if I needed assistance, helped me load mulch into my shopping cart, helped to locate the plant containers that I wanted to purchase, and even took time to get those containers from the store’s tall storage shelves. He and other employees at the garden center department were very polite and friendly. Best experience of shopping at a Home Depot. Thank you!

Mortified

Today while checking out at this location the cashier asked me if I was expecting. I am not. The checkout area was full with other customers and in that moment it seemed like you could hear a pin drop. I was beyond embarrassed. I understand the question was asked with good intention but this is just something everyone should know not to ask. I don't care how obvious it is and this is why. Ive never felt so low.

Store is a hidden gem!

If you're looking for a store with a knowledgeable, experienced team of employees and managers that are willing to assist you with your purchase, then you've come to the right place. Not as busy, but well-stocked and very organized and clean. A hidden gem for contractors and do-it-yourselfers, try it out and you will be glad you did.

Great Customer Service

I was at the store for a simple key and there wasn’t anyone in the department because they were on lunch but the cashier at the self checkout lane advised me that there wasn’t anyone there at the moment and if I could wait until she finish with another customer she would be glad to help. She took the time out to acknowledge me and she was very quick with helping the other customer and myself. She was very positive and friendly.
