The Honda eu7000 purchased on line was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. Packaging in flawless condition. This is the quietest inverter generator available and it functions perfectly and super quiet. It is not the least expensive by far, but the quality is unsurpassed.

    It was not difficult to find a simple gas cap for a lawnmower and then checking out was fast and easy. The cashier Angie got me out of there real quick.

      Can't manage inventory.
      Bought an impact online and there was 12 in stock. They had zero. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Don't buy online from Home Depot.

        Only one slight inconvenience, but got everything quickly!
        Bought electrical tape and an outlet cover. Found everything right away. Had a problem with the chip reader at checkout, but a friendly, courteous clerk help me. Also, I miss your plumbing expert, Diego. I hear he moved to another store. You should make him the CEO. He’s extremely knowledgeable, practical, smart, and down-to-earth!

            A return manager Kerry said I could not do and did not assist professionally
            I am very much disappointed about this situation, with this being said due to how many years I have came to this location with my family. I went to Home Depot today looking for a chain to get ready to leave on vacation. The chain that was purchased was the last piece on the shelve and there was no need for cutting which I bought as is. As I purchased this item and exiting the building my daughter called me I no longer needed this item and came directly back into the store to return the item. However , I went to the return area and I was indicated I could NOT return the item because I had cut it. after letting the cashier know I did not cut the item not in store or taken that home she decided to call a manager. The manager named Kerry treated me so poorly indicating that due to policy I could not return the item anymore a price of 35.73. Even though , I insisted I did not cut it or take it home after instances of coming out and in from the store she firmly and rudely said “ I am going to look for the policy you cannot return this item you made the cut and cannot be returned “ , I spent around an hour waiting for her to bring me policy that said this information and failed to show me. After waiting an hour my husband became worried and came inside wondering what the issue was, I felt very discriminated by Kerry and her approach towards me including 4 others that gathered to tell me I could not return the item including a guy who worked in the chain department area. This was very unprofessional behavior and I do feel this needs to be addressed knowing how harshly she treated me and my husband also mentioning I could not return to the store again after her returning the money. I am sadden to know how a manager can treat a customer and associates as a gather trying to proof a customer wrong. She definitely needs to be retrained or have a better understanding of policy or her position.

              Cashiers are incompetent
              Three different occasions the cashiers are too busy on their phone or talking to other cashiers. They have overcharge on bulk package and argued with the customer about the length of a board to determine the price per foot. $643 for 64 feet of trim at $2.87. Is that girl math Not to mention employees that wouldn’t help get a piece of 5/8 Sheetrock off top shelf. Forgot that one

                        My "Go-to" store
                        I have purchased a new refrigerator, 2 lawn chairs, Roman shades for the back of my house, a Blink Security System, a Maytag washing machine, and a water heater from Home Depot in the last year. I'm so glad I didn't buy these products anyplace else. All look great, delivered and installed on time by courteous employees, and reasonably priced.

                          Oblivious manager and associates
                          It took 30 minutes, 4 associates and 2 managers to get a small light piece of roll stock cut. A manager admitted she was not "cross trained" to accomplish a simple task. 3 associates merely called out on the public address system and no one came specifically to help out. One of the managers that I located, was totally oblivious to the store operations (mentioned above).

                              Rhem Gas Performance Platinum Water Heater
                              Purchased the Rhem Gas Performance Platinum water heater. Prices were affordable and selections were abundant. Customer service was very knowlegable and helpful during the ordering and installation process. Great job!

                                        Zero accountability
                                        I bought a freezer a month ago and Home Depot's delivery service lost it. The store won't issue me a refund until the service delivers the lost freezer...at this rate, I'll never see that money again and the assistant manager didn't do a thing to try and make it right.

                                                    My daughter accidently kicked the manager as she stood behind her. The manager was rude and acted as she was an adult and it was intentional, it was not and the child is 8 years old. She needs to learn some people skills.

                                                      Great Until Delivery
                                                      Everything was outstanding until the delivery. I received the calls, used text for updates, non-branded truck arrives then leaves. I received a notice that they attempted delivery and now I'd have to reschedule. Spoke to Home Depot support and was informed that the delivery company, XPO Logistics, doesn't knock or ring the bell or get out of the truck if it wasn't specifically requested. I questioned this policy and was told it would be a week before they could reattempt delivery. After an hour on the phone, I was able to get an earlier delivery date of 3 days instead of a week. Near the end of the over 60 minute Home Depot support call full of misinformation, another non-branded truck appears to my address. The driver said he was not the same driver that provided the failed delivery attempt but had to meet the previous driver to transfer my fridge to the replacement drivers truck and came to immediately deliver. Rep on the phone was shocked hearing that my fridge was being delivered as she was still on the phone with me. She was told by the dispatcher that it would be a week, then 3 days, and to surprise us all, 2 hours. Both guys were nice and complete in 15 minutes. I hate to blame the store for it but this all rolls into one total experience for me. Summary: make sure notes are added to "knock and ring doorbell" or else the delivery company that partners with Home Depot will not get out of the truck unless you approach the unmarked, non-branded truck.
