I made several visits to this store during a kitchen upgrade. Each visit was pleasant. I usually brought my dog Bailey (a Golden Doodle) with me. Your employees always made me feel comfortable having him with me. I think he has became your unofficial store mascot. Other customers have enjoyed him also. Excellent Experience!
On July 2nd, I contacted The Home Depot in Bristol VA & spoke with an associate named Savannah. I explained I found what I needed online. She advised she had the same item in store for less and would be happy to assist when I came in. She was very knowledgeable about the product, verified the color and confirmed inventory. On my visit, July 7th, Savannah was not available, so I was directed to another associate, Ed. Thinking I would have to start from the beginning and explain everything I needed, I was surprised that Ed knew exactly what I was looking for. He showed me style options, colors & price savings among different brands. He even went as far as to climb a ladder to get the color I wanted from the top shelf & collected the 2X4 I needed for proper installation. This was a better experience than I ever expected! I am in the middle of a home remodel, I will definitely return to this store for all my repair & upgrade needs! Thank you Ed and Savannah!

I knew the layout of the store.I have visited several times before. I went and found the item I was looking for and went to check it out. The cashier was so nice and friendly. I love home depot. The cashier ask if we needed help loading the item. It is refreshing to be asked if assistance is needed. I wanted to say bless you for being so thoughtful and kind. YOU GO HOME DEPOT.
