Long time customer to this location, shop here 4 out of 7 days a week. We recently decided to purchase an appliance package with them. We had the package delivered on Saturday late afternoon and by Monday afternoon the fridge stopped working. I also purchased an extended service plan for 3 years. I have had very limited customer support. I have been sent to multiple different departments, with no resolution. I am currently on my 3rd phone call of the day and have been on hold for 1 hour! Do NOT purchase appliances from Home Depot.

I was able to place my order for a refrigerator, and have a delivery date in less than 30 minutes; did not have to wait long for help either

Picked up a pack of owens corning fanfold insulation a went to check out. There were 30 packs on the shelf with the correct label and sku on the shelf. At checkout the first checkout person could not find the product and asked another customer service person to check the sku at the the shelf. 3 minutes later he came back and asked if we found the sku. We asked to get some one else to help out and after a brief attempt simply told us to get in line at customer service to checkout. Buy this time I had already showed both people the description of the insulation on the HD app but the app said it was unavailable. Terrible experience

Big shout out to Nancy (CXM) at the Broadview Store. I had an issue, and Nancy went out of her way to solve it. She guided me through everything I needed to know and then made sure I was taken care of. I am so very grateful for all her help. The Broadview, IL, location is my preferred Home Depot because of Nancy.

I received excellent customer service there flooring department is absolutely fantastic the best!!!

We shopped here for some plants we needed for a friend's birthday. The plants we saw earlier were gone and yet we found some great deals. I needed to pick up some wire fencing for lawn protection from nighttime animals, digging up lawn for grubs.

The African American cashiers at the self checkout are extremely rude and have condescending bad attitudes. The way they made me feel as a customer I will never return back.

I bought 102 pieces of drywall and a worker by the name of Johnson helped me load it in my truck by hand. I can not complain the customer service was excellent. The drywall was heavy and Johnson never once complained. He got straight to work. He was very helpful.

All of the workers we encountered were delightful and happy to help us purchase a leaf blower+trimmer and an outdoor dining set! Victor, in particular, went above and beyond to help us!

Go to a different location if possible. These employees don't help.

I've been buying from the Broadview Home Depot since it was set up. I don't have any photos or videos, but I have purchased things for my house, my car, my lawn, cleaning soaps, Rabbit repellants, bug killing etc. Never had any trouble.

I had inadvertently ordered the wrong garden pavers and therefore risked missing a whole weekend of DIY landscaping. A team of employees led by Salina took a ton of extra effort (pun intended!) to help me correct and expedite my order so I'd have my supplies in time to compete the project on time. That kind of personal service will keep me coming back to my favorite garden supply destination!

Why oh why did they get rid of all normal check out lanes? It's a complete cluster now. There are no more lanes, people just go where ever they please. Maybe the kiosk is working, maybe you just cut in front someone else, maybe not- who knows? There aren't any marks lanes. Where do you stand while waiting for a register to open up? Whomever thought this was a good idea- needs to be fired.

Another trip to this home depot and once again they were sold out of what we were looking for. This time it was drywall tape. Never would have guessed there'd be a run on drywall tape.

I am not in the trades so am a bit helpless in these big stores. I had no trouble finding someone to help me track down what I needed. So nice, too!

New home owners and purchased my doors, fence and windows also my new washer.

cashier Patrice TOTALLY RUDE, i tore off the UPC on my dry wall and handed it to her and she looked at me like I was a freak, I set it on the counter, walked around the cart looking for the UPC, I said I have 4 pieces and another was discounted as it cracked as the stock person helped me load my cart and he marked it to half price, Patrice did nor believe that walking into the pro area asking who the guy was. If I did not need the drywall i woud have left!!

I always shop at the Broadview Home Depot when I need home improvement items or gardening supplies. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Usually the prices are good too!

I had way to much wood to haul in a tiny vehicle and an employee named Giovanni too extra time and patience to help me secure it. Really helpful attitude!

You can always find multiple employees at any given time in this store using their cell phones for personal use while trying to give you their undivided attention & help you in the store, it’s not possible to do both at the same time!

I really want to thank Nancy at 1901 she was very patient and helpful with my confusing return.

Looking for a Flush tank handle for my toilet--had a nice supply in different styles and price ranges

I go to this store a lot and feel the employees here are very helpful and available for customers. I went into this store to look for an appliance and felt there was a large selection to choose from as well as finding the item for the amt of money I wanted to spend. I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. The employee who helped me was very helpful and let me take my time to find what I wanted.

This is an awesome store from the cashiers, to the store manager; professional, knowledgeable and patient.

I met a young man by the name of VYCE at the end of his shift. I came in needing 10 keys which took about 20 minutes to complete them all and he was extremely patient and didn’t complain about having to stay over. I have been other places where I felt rushed or like the staff didn’t want to be there. I really appreciate this young man for being so kind and patient in a environment where everyone is always in a hurry. I definitely will be back to this location.
