I went to the wood cutting section of the store as a female with my son in tow. It is not my expertise and I felt a bit lost & unsure. Thankfully, I was directed to Oscar for my wood cutting job and he was AMAZING. He was friendly, precise, had grace under pressure (it was a busy Sunday), and he completely went above & beyond to assist not only me, but the other customers around me. If you need lumber, please go see Oscar! He was also able to help customers who asked him where items were in the store while simultaneously assisting me with my wood cutting. He is a GEM at this store! Thank you, Oscar!

I went into the store and bought some stuff and you emailed me and I didn’t provide my email for the purchase. Yall some home repair tracking freaks.Just know if you go into a home Depot store you will be tracked and targeted.

Bought a Milwaukee Cordless Vacuum, HD employee asked if I needed help and went on to assist in showing me all the models. She came back to inform me there was a free battery promotion going on - opened the cage and handed me the battery, then walked me to the cashier who took care of my purchase. Outstanding service at this HD.

CS gave away my truck rental right in front of me. Saying the computer is the problem.

You’ll have to go in the main entrance to access the garden center and there will be no employees for help. But there are less customers on Sunday morning. Don’t park in front of the garden center because you’ll have to check out at the main exit. If you’re handicapped just don’t go.

I needed some exhaust fans and Melany and Nola were very helpful in getting the right product and it looks great.

Customer service at this location is on point from the moment you walk into the store. We were shopping for kitchen appliances. Ada from the appliance department was very helpful. She was knowledgeable on all the appliances. She didn’t rush us and truly listened to all our questions. I highly recommend this location versus other locations.

Excellent Customer Service Experience On August 22, 2025, I visited Home Depot with the intention of purchasing several items, including a mid-sized toolbox. From the start, the entire staff was extremely helpful and attentive. At the Pro Department, Vivi and her manager went above and beyond to assist me, and even the delivery lady, Beverly, showed remarkable dedication the following day. When the team realized that the merchandise would not fit in my SUV, they made every effort to help find a solution. Once it became clear that the item was too heavy for my wife and me to lift, they offered delivery as an alternative. I truly appreciated that suggestion. The delivery arrived the next day in perfect condition, and the process was seamless. Everyone involved went out of their way to help us, and I want to sincerely thank them for their professionalism and customer care.

Two employees were of great assistance and went out of their way to help me. I got what I needed for my project and they even gave me some helpful tips! Thank you!

My husband & I were installing a tankless hot water heater after our hot water tank burst at the seam, flooding our garage. We needed help with configuring how we were going to run pipes, exhaust, etc. During all of our trips to the store (15 in 3 days!) Liz and Gerard in the plumbing department were helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions, and offered suggestions which made the project easier. They never made us doubt that we could do the project correctly. These two employees are a true asset to Home Depot.

I have had the pleasure to work with Annie S. in the kitchen department on 2 complete renovations. Each time she made the entire experience run very smoothly. Also, Annie had ideas I never would have thought of! If I could rate her expertise and knowledge of kitchens and Home Depot in general, it would be a 10 out of 10.

I was very pleased with my experience buying a washing machine. The sales person was so pleasant and helpful. Her name is Lilly. She had a lot of patience and took her time helping me out.

The title says it all. Typical no help or unwilling to help associates at the local Home Depot. Whatever. I would only recommend if someone knew what they wanted / needed etc and because they usually have a lot of inventory.

I would like to thank the woman working in plumbing and I hope to see her again next time this was a weeknight that I was there. I had a very nice experience in this Home Depot.

store needs to be clean up

The check out clerk was watching videos on his phone and did not stop throughout the transaction. Didn't say anything. The fact that they didn't have top soil bags didn't help matters.

I hope to have more experiences like the one I had at the BBD Home Depot in New Tampa. Three staff members - in gardening, paint, and checkout - were all super friendly and helpful. This was not my usual experience up until this point, but it does leave me hope for future visits. It inspired me to leave this review. Commendations all around.

I must commend Kim, the FES Manager, for her professional, courteous, and empathetic manner in which she handled my particular issue. She needs to be in training to train associates on how to talk to and handle proper customer service matters.

This store is above and beyond the next closest HD store. I go 5miles out of my way to use this one.

The male employee in paint was extremely busy but still managed to remember the order of customers as they arrived and completed the paint request very fast and accurate. There was an employee that brought me a cart when he noticed that I was carrying a lot in hands as I arrived at check out.

We rented a box truck for 2 hours and upon return were accused of smashing an employee's vehicle supposedly on our way out of the parking lot when we left with the truck. We have pictures of where the truck was originally parked before driving out of the lot, and my car dashcam and our pathway leaving was nowhere near the car sitting with its bumper on the ground. We have pictures of the truck returned undamaged. We were targeted. The manager refused to provide evidence, he didn't look at surveillance, supposedly had multiple eye witnesses of "a box truck" but couldn't prove it was us or another renter. Home Depot employee then proceeded to file a claim on our insurance.

Flooring just great. My installer was pleased with my purchse. Had to pick up more flooring in Zephyrhills. FL. Gal in customer service very helpful, as well as the loader and the staff in your truck rental dept. Excellent, friendly people. Inshop alot at H D for stuff for my apartments and thesevfolks that assisted me were spot on. They all deserve raises and promotions. Customer relation skills, beyond excellent.
