I came in and Nicole noticed that I couldn't walk good and asked me if I needed a motor cart. Then drove it right to me! I was ecstatic! She had no idea I just had back surgery yesterday, best client experience ever!

I bought floor and wall tiles for a bathroom/shower remodel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was very well stocked with materials needed to start and complete my project.

We can buy products and services from several different Big Box retailers. However, we choose to shop at this Home Depot location because of the professionalism of store associates and managers, like Alana and Alexandra.

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to this time because I was so impressed by an employee by the name of Jaden. I was having issues with trying to purchase a wheelbarrow. I'd just come from my local home depot to one across town because I was misinformed about it being in stock at local store. they told me the next store I went to had 18 in stock. as I entered the store the 1st person I talked to was Jaden who was at a register. I told her why I was there and I needed help because of an injury. she walked with me to where they were supposed to be but because they were on the top shelf and unassembled the lawn and garden guys said I would have to come back after one was assembled but couldn't say when that would be. Jaden promptly called a supervisor who agreed with Jaden to let me purchase a higher priced assembled one for the price of the cheaper one! she took the wheelbarrow across the store to have it rung up and then loaded into my truck because I had an injury. she really made my day! I hope she gets promoted and a pay raise. really hard to find such an incredible employee!

I'm sometimes surprised as to the ease of which shopping at HD has become. Although the little woman (wife) doesn't particularly enjoy the HD shopping experience (or any that involves a large square foot area coverage and/or copious lengths of walking), I can't get enough when I go/shop there! Isn't that weird?

Why place 40lb bags of salt on a second shelf in the garden area that requires hard headed 60 year old men like me to risk back soreness? You’re opening yourselves up for a personal injury lawsuit. Start stocking it back on the floor!

I stopped in simply to get one item. I needed nail hole filler. Stopped a female associate to ask for help. She had no idea what I was talking about. She didn't speak English very well. She asked a male associate who also did not understand what I was looking for. He told me it would be down in the lumber area. I looked. Could not find it. Found another man in the aisle stocking shelves. Asked him. He said look in the paint dept. Could not find one person in that department. Finally found it on my own. Then to have to use self checkout! I hate self checkouts! It cuts people out of jobs! If you are going to hire workers they at least need to be able to understand and speak English!

We thought it would take weeks to find a refrigerator plus a washer/dryer, for our new home. We had an appliance specialist that was proficient and kind. She helped us find all three appliances in record time, along with promotional pricing and helpful hints.

This HD location on Bruce B Downs has great staff and remarkable customer service. Yes you may need to find the associate at times but once you do, they're ready to help till the end. I want to also give a shout out to Esteban in plumbing for his great customer service and always ready to provide help and knowledge on the project at hand. Thanks Home Depot team
