What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Worst store experience I’ve had. It seems like Home Depot flooring is just interested in stealing $35 deposit that is non refundable, pay for project and cannot deliver on goods and services! Misinformation and no information!! Too many employees in orange bibs wasting Home Depot money and can’t help but getting paid! With no empathy to customers concerns! Thankfully Home Depot in centennial Colorado at the south lands mall is still rated #1 and I’ve never had a problem with them!! Renovated my home and townhouse in Colorado; but tried to use Home Depot in Brooklyn ny at starett city and now in Tampa Florida and I’m still in shock and disbelief how I’m treated!! Is it an east coast thing to be nasty and rude!!??

We were in the hardware area and this older gentleman with a mask on (I should have asked his name) went out of his way to help us to get everything we needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. That’s how most of the employees in this branch are!

We moved here just recently in March 2016 and have visited the HD # 6311 on several occasions having had a very helpful and informative experience.

Competely changed for the better
Home Depot was a bad place int he past because the store associates was not helpful at all. This has completely changed in my recent visit. There was a staff greeting you at the front and asked what I was looking for and was very helpful. It is big and intimidating place for a female professor who has tough time finding things at Home Depot. There were quite a few associates available and eager to help you. Of course products have always been good at HomeDepot. It is just the service has gotten a 1000% better !!
