This store is so awesome always clean and well organized the associates are knowledgeable and actually help you. I have a store near me within 5 miles and I drive 10 miles to this location instead that tells you a lot.

The convenience of shopping

Having frequently used this store since being built in the New Tampa area it has meet my expectations every time of being a clean , Courteous & friendly environment that has plenty of selection on the shelves of what product you may be looking for . I’m not able to say positive things about every location I’ve used , but this one without a doubt . I’m a strong believer in having Knowledgeable , presentful & polite employees who have much to do with a stores reputation , but I believe management deserves most of the Accountability for keeping there location in check & insuring there employees meet or exceed the view that HomeDepot as well as the community expects .

Really like this Home Depot. Always neat and clean and can find what I want. Also employees are available when needed. They are always helpful. Yeah!!!!!!

Floor associate in electrical who's name is Rick was one of the best I have ever had a shopping experience with. So helpful, and explained different LED bathroom lights and also switches to me that I understood completely. Very patience as well.

Items are easy to find, if not employs are always helpful and lead the way.

I ordered a plumbing kit online for a store pick up. My wife picked up the item on her way home from work. I had made an 8:00 AM appointment with PRISTINE HOME REPAIRS & PRESSURE WASHING (A GREAT LOCAL COMPANY) to install the kit the next day. I was up early that morning and I opened the box and found a large missing part (photo was on the box), plus a empty plastic bag, and cardboard with nothing attached. The instructions looked used and bent. Even the box looked old. It was not a new unopened item. I called our local home depot to get the open hours It was just after 6:00 AM and you were open. I put a note on the front door for PRISTINE HOME REPAIRS to tell them where I went in case I was not back in time. I drove quickly to your #6311 store. I went straight to customer service and asked for a manager. John (the manager) came quickly and he was extremely helpful.
