We moved here just recently in March 2016 and have visited the HD # 6311 on several occasions having had a very helpful and informative experience. The personnel is always professional, knowledgable, and willing and available to answer questions and follow through with you to be sure that your needs are met to completion of whatever your project might be, Large or Small, Thank you!

The staff is always willing to help from the first greeter to the staff person pushing a cart. Everyone at this store shows team spirit. There is always a smile and if they do not something the response is just give me a minute and I will get an answer for you.

Lack of design center associates/consultants (kitchen & bath design) beyond normal business hours of 9am-5pm. Recommend extending service hours & having availability of design consultants until store closing hour to accommodate working professional customers.

Almost went to bestbuy to purchase a last minute item . However they were closed! Luckily not only was Home Depot open, they showed me exactly where the item was and it was listed as the same price. Happy I came to Home Depot.

The products were well stocked and wide range of choices. The associates went above and beyond to help us get all the required products for our project.

They have the best associates. I was asked several times by differant associates if I needed any assistance in finding anything. The store was very clean and organized.

Store is clean. If you know what you need your good. The employees in paint were helpful and friendly but I didn't see anyone in any other dept except flooring. They ask at the register if you found everything OK but they aren't able or don't want to Help you. They're very good at making excuses why they can't help. Someone is at lunch and they are short handed. So know what you want and where it is if you are going to this location.

The associates are always so inviting, welcoming, and helpful! The store is ALWAYS stocked and clean. The store is so neat and put together, everything is always in it's place. My shopping experience is always pleasurable at this location, even more so over the last few months!

While it takes a while to find an associate, the associates are extremely helpful and friendly. They will answer questions and make sure you find the items for which you are searching.

My wife bought a Barbecue grill from WalMart and when she brought it home I noticed some of the gas tubing wasn't connected properly. So I looked it up online and found that the model and manufacturer had hundreds of complaints. So I went to this Home Depot to look for better grills and was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection at great prices along with great service and information/advice from the staff to help me make the best selection. I easily assembled the grill at home and it worked great for the 4th of July celebration my family had. Thank you Home Depot on Bruce B Downs!!!

I like this store a lot and generally buy here. However, you need to put back your 5% discount for commercial sales to be competitive with Lowes which still has this. I do not use the gas discount as it is not worth the bother.
