Worst shopping experience ever! Worst customer service ever! They made not one but 2 mistakes in just one purchase, I realized at the moment they said they fixed it but no, then I called like 2 weeks ago and they were not helpful at all, they made me go back to the store because they can’t do anything over the phone, don’t you have emails or fax in 2022? Didn’t you have a computer system to help?? Now I have to invest time gas and money to solve the issued, again!

When I need cleaning products such as HDX pack of paper towels and swiffer wet floor cleaning towels , there is a well amount in stock.

Been shopping at home depot for cleaning supplies and the prices are just right ...

The Home Depot worker named Dom was so nice and helpful to me and my brother. We were looking for something very specific that someone else said was probably sold out, but Dom looked all around and found a brand new box with eight more of these car chargers inside and gave us one. He went out of his way to help us. And I appreciated it so much. Thank you so much Dom, if everyone was like you the world would be a much better place.

Had been to the Home Depot on 25 Ave. this week and have to say the the service from Angela, Darlene and Shawntez was exceptional. My favorite Home Depot

I usually buy at the maspeth or woodhaven Home depots. I did not know that this one existed. Once I found it it became one of my favorite stores

Management should really look at the workers the do work and acknowledge them .I have a store and I respect my employees

Always have what I need. They have sufficient stock and employees are kind and helpful. The cashiers are very friendly and move the line quickly.

The employee named Henry was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We came for a big box item and we left satisfied and confident that the item would be delivered in a timely way.

Customer service agent was Rude and unprofessional. So heavy set guy with glasses.

Nasrin was a fantastic employee at sales cashier. She gave us a free hand sanitizer too due to our purchase. She helped us open a Home Depot card to help us save 25.00 on a 200.00 dollar plus microwave. During this pandemic, she made our visit memorable one. Thanks nasrin

On my last visit I notice they improve a lot on customer service, they are more polite and willing to help compare to the past , I saw a lot new faces , I guess management got rid of the bad apples , I’m glad they did it .

Very discriminative place ever.

It was at the home depot for a few small items. Cauking and batteries i.needed a hard to find size 23a 12 volt for my garage remote I found both with the assistance from an employee at 630pm The cashier Nelson assisted me in finding the survey website. I usually do not complete surveys but I did at the store. It was a good experience and I received a token gift which was wonderful. Thank u

No answer when calling to verify if items in store. You go and get attitudes in customer service and throughout the floor. Specially Kathy from aisle 36. Apparently u must go there with experience on How to find items because if u don't see it it must not be available. What do I want her to do she said ...oh I'm sorry I thought u worked here and the fact that your apron says I can ask you a question totally misled me. The only helpful person was the lot guy Antwon, I believe, who was nice courteous and helpful. People be thankful you have a job for the holidays in these times. Alot of people don't. If you're upset don't take it out on people who have nothing to do w your problem. And please update your system. I shouldn't get 5 different answers on whether an item is in stock or not.

Well the store is amazing it’s the employees that make it go down hill.You have a lot of people that know nothing .I go to hardware only Antonia and Lourdes know their merchandise.I asked some young guy about a tool he looked clueless and said he didn’t know I should ask someone else..I got his name Armani horrible worker and very rude not professional At all. Flooring never has correct merchandise on shelves.And again the People I mentioned earlier Brielle Alan Diana and Nahomie are amazing
