I have found that the associates at this store have always been helpful , courteous and friendly . The product selection has always been great and items are easy to find .

was able to find everything I needed, although wish there were more and better quality options. I purchased, tile for a backsplash and bath fixtures, among other items. Have been remodleing a bathroom and visited the store many times in the last two weeks. Staff havebbeen very helpful and friendly. Kudos to paint staff, tile staff, and bath staff! There were a number of "machines" in the aisles that we had to work around though. I also tried to rent a truck and the one and only truck was out and I had to wait over an hour so I did not end up renting. Might want to consider getting another truck for rental. The cusotmer service staff were very nice and let me put my purchases behind the counter until I could get a truck to get them home, so I was very grateful for that. Overall a good store with friendly, helpful staff!!

I ordered my items online and I waited less then 10 minutes for my items.

I was extremely happy with everyone help with all my purchases. These customer service associates are very nice people. they always helping me when I visit the store. I am so happy to know they are there when I need help with my home and lawn purchases. My water heater needed to be replaced after 10 yrs and I called Home Depot they were there within three hours with a new one

STORE inventory and selection did NOT match what I expected based on WEBSITE inventory for the store.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Associates very helpful. Only blocks from my home which makes it very convenient to get to.

I would like to recognize professional service and an excellent personal attitude Mr. Brian Murray, Specialty Department Supervisor and Mrs. Marion Betge, Millwork Specialist. During my visit I made a special order and these staff did the best for my convenience and a good impression about store. Mr. Brian Murray and Mrs. Marion Betge really deserve a recognition and are a good example for other staff. I will definitly recommend my favorite store to relatives, friends and colleagues. Thanks.

I usually shop at the Willow Grove center but I found that this location was closer. This store rivals all the others except for one thing I couldn't find in stock and that was a replacement water filter for my fridge. Unfortunately it was the only thing I went there for, so I went to Willow Grove. But other than that I have continued to shop here with great success and satisfaction.

Whenever I have a question or need help the employees have been courteous and, answered my question, but,finding someone to help is frustrating.

My customer service was going well, until another sales associate disrupted the process.

How can you mix up one same order three times?! Needed 3 additional boxes of floors. Associate spent 1,5 hour placing order and I told him specifically what I need plus he was able to pull out information on computer what I ordered before and I needed exactly same thing. He told me price went up from $3.27 per sq.ft to $3.98 sq.ft. I asked him so many times are you sure you are ordering same floors... He said yes! In a couple days I went online and saw price $3.27 and I figured out he ordered wrong floors. I went to the store and they replaced order. In a couple of weeks I received a call from store that my floors are in and ready for pick up(they told me it's a new order) I hired workers for Monday to start working on my floors. On Sunday I went to pick up and they said floors not in and they don't know who called me. After 15 minutes they told me they found it and putted in my car. I left store and then I received a call from them that they putted wrong floors, mine are not in yet! Should I continue to write more?!....Store Manager was not helpful at all....All he could say "Yeah I know its a big mistake"...Really ? Do you think this is what I want to hear from you at this moment...

The associates at the customer service desk were very friendly and helpful. One associate walked me over to the area that I wanted to shop and found the items for me. They also helped load a BBQ grill into my vehicle. Quick and courteous service.

Over the years, I have to say, I've never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. Everything I purchased was as advertised or as expected. Store employees are helpful, patient, and best of all, very courteous. Store is well laid out and well stocked.

I like that on a sunday morning there is an associate that offered to help me and load my car for me. The cashier was not friendly and I could not understand one word he was saying.
