Robin in appliances at the HD on Bustellton Ave, Phila. went above and beyond. Robin turned around a sour first impression I had from her coworker. Robin was sweet and provided comprehensive service and made me feel welcome and fully taken care of.

Bernadette took her time to understand my needs and, to my surprise, found a coupon that made the deal even better. Her dedication and friendly approach made the process a breeze. Unprofessional cashier with attitude and rude customer service

Mercedes provide excellent service!

They were unloading trucks and doing an inventory/restock during business hours at 2 o’clock. There were isles blocked, filled with four pallets that you couldn’t even sneak by. The employees were very nice and helpful. I bought a wheelbarrow and waited 30 minutes for the manager with a key to come unlock it. After 15 minutes of no manager I asked again. I waited 30 minutes in the sun and no one came. I ended up returning it and getting my money back. The staff was great but it clearly has some management issues.

I had an issue with an order and after bringing my concerns to the manager Mercedes, she was so quick to fix the problem and did not stop until it was made right. She was so friendly and helpful I cannot wait to go back and visit this store soon!

Gives us a terrific experience every time we visit the Bustelton Ave home depot. 10/10 fantastic employee. Makes the shopping experience 10x better. All employees should be trained under him in how to give an awesome customer service experience. Home depot should consider changing the layout however for the customer service desk. The entrance/exit is very confusing for customers. Guests come through the exit side and cut the line in front of other guests at the entrance line. This creates a very frustrating experience for all involved.

A young woman named Amy back by the millwork area helped me out with an item that had a missing part. The missing part was sold in the tool section. She arranged for the item I was buying to be discounted to reflect the price of the replacement part I was buying. A young man named Cameron at the register took care of it. Easy transaction. They should both be recognized for their courtesy and professionalism.
