Your inventory system sucks. I checked to make sure an item was in stock, drove an hour to pick it up, paid for it after the clerk said it was available, and then the staff searched for half an hour and couldn’t find it. No one offered to contact me when a new delivery comes in. Horrible experience, horrible organization.

I waited weeks to get my new stove delivered. Got the call they were on their way & then no show. Only an email stating “sorry we missed you”. Long story short, the delivery company and management of the store could care less about me, the customer. Had to cancel my order. Never did get my stove!

We are always needing something. Paint, lights, tools, and we can always find what we are looking for.

Employee in appliances answered all of our questions regarding a Bespoke Refrigerator and showed us how to program it. Another employee helped take a large item to the cashier and another took it out to our car. Home Depot has excellent service.

They won't let you in to warehouse with vehicles to pick up supplies. But unless you buy in pallet quantities, they won't help you move supplies out and load them in the vehicle.

I just like Home Depot. The Canon City Colorado store ranks among the top group because of its superb staff. I feel at home in there because of the friendly people. They stock everything I have ever needed and if it is not on the shelf it can be available within a few days.

The Pro Desk will take a long time so don’t get in any hurry. If you call in that is worse

This store is clean with a great selection of items.

Everyone is eager to help you if they don't know they find someone who does. They have what you need. If not its there quickly. I've never had a sour face there . Happy employees.

Purchased large, heavy outdoor furniture last weekend. Luis helped us in store and then brought our items to check out and loaded them into our tall truck since my husband was having back issues. Luis was very helpful, friendly and professional! Huge thanks!!!

Cashier Rose was great, spent extra time making me feel welcome and listened to me vent about a certain staff member that I'm hoping was just having a bad day.

Upon entering store I was immediately helped to what I was looking for, except in the lumber yard where I couldn't get any help at all. At checkout, it was fast, courteous and very friendly.

I have bought many products over the course of 13 years. Never have I had a problem. Odd isn't it. Fact. Prices are always great. Some things could be lil lower but truthfully not much . Sales always going on. Great sales I must say. I bought three headlights for$9.00. They work great and are bright. I was surprised . I have had them 2 years now. Material is fairly priced and they always have damaged so to speak lumber that is always there with 70% off. Employees are always smiling. They remember you . I'm in there at least 3 to 4 times a week and it feels goid when you go in and they greet you. If you need anything they actually take you there not tell you where. Biggest thing is they are smiling while they do it. Trust me that means alot. Check em out. They are what I say. Experience to boot. I use this store everytime I'm workin on anything.

Have to give big kudos to Lance in the Garden Department. He’s a very knowledgeable, and friendly person, and he made sure that I had everything I needed for my plants. He also gave me really good advice on repotting my plants. I also have to give a big thank you to Teresa, for her help

We use Home Depot online, love delivery features., but for our big job when we need expertise we go into store and have Luis help us. He is an expert at the right tool for the job, commercial or residential. He has helped us many times and his knowledge you can’t buy. Thanks for making our building project easier and sleek!

When consumers receive poor service they are quick to complain. However, when superb customer service is received nobody takes the time to pay a compliment for it. I just want to say Thank You for the Top Notch service you gave me!

This is the best Home Depot service-wise I have ever been to. There is always someone around to help me, answer my questions, give advice, or simply say hello.

We drove an hour and 45 minutes to this Home Depot for a bathroom remodel. No real options on vanities, showers, or tile. Very basic and not good quality. The tile selection was minimal. However, we did manage to spend $650.00 on plumbing, electrical wire (great deal!), bathroom fixtures, tape measure, safety glasses (6 pack!) and dryer venting.

The clerk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spent time with us as we worked through our project.

Everyone at this store location has been great at helping with most all departments. I've been in several Home Depots where there is no help to be seen! Fre' in the plumbing & electrical department was extremely helpful!
