Can usually find what is needed and the staff is great. They are always knowledgeable and helpful along with being friendly. The store itself is laid out well to be able to find what you need. I would recommend this store to all my Canon City neighbors!

We had a problem with the patio table we bought as it was not the one we thought we were getting and an associate, Brandi, helped us and made sure it got worked out. She was very professional and helpful.

It is hard to get help in this store. You need to know what you want without any assistance. I was told by an associate today that they did not carry 13 gallon trash cans (which they do and I found on my own). He actually told me to go to Wal-Mart. If you need assistance with anything, go to a different store.

Employee was right there to help me to get the right tool for the job and not to see how much he could get me to spend.

I usually avoid "Big Brand" home improvement stores. They are often impersonal and difficult to maneuver. This time however, the staff greeted me immediately with a smile. They directed me to the tools and parts I needed, and answered all of my questions. Even with all of their help, I bought the wrong part. Returning the part and replacing it with the correct one was quick and painless. Everything I needed was in stock, and the staff were remarkably friendly and helpful

I much prefer coming to the Canon City, CO Home Depot store because nearly all the employees know me on site. They are always friendly, nice to be around, and help me find whatever I need quickly and efficiently. Having such wonderful people to help me with my work is very important to me. This great service is what keeps me coming to this Home Depot location and not to any other.

The store is always clean. I usually am approached by 2 or 3 employees to ask if they can help me. The always can give me an answer or if they themselves can not I am approached by another employee that can help me. The lumber yard is great, and all the people are great. The whole store should be awarded something as they all are really friendly and very helpful.

was in store looking for coated nails in hardware. Ask a male associate where were coated nails. he said we do not have coated nails. In fact I found them myself. poor SERVICE!!!

I was lucky enough to find that the #2 pine that I wanted was actually in stock in the quantities I needed. Usually, in this store, you can find a few good pieces and I had fully expected to have had to place an order for the wood. This store seems to have a problem keeping "in stock" with the lumber kept inside the store.

We frequent our local Home Depot for many of our household needs and projects. Store associates are always ready to help and knowledgeable about where products are located or when a new shipment is due in. The prices are always good, inventory is plentiful to complete any project needed! Store is always clean and displayed nicely and accessible!

Found what we needed right away. Was one item in tools accessories that husband asked an associate that asked if we were finding everything for a part, which the associate knew exactly where it was and took us right to it! Associates are always around for you and are the most helpful and most pleasant and friendly associates! Definitely recommend this store!

Rich in the indoor lumber yard was very helpful and allowed me to get back on the job immediately.

Frank in plumbing and lighting is the best. You can ask him about anything and he knows the answer

Jerry Gorsky was very helpful in helping me choose a refridgerator and stove/oven. He was very personable and was well informed of the products that Home Depot offers. I will return to him specifically to buy a microwave. His customer service is impeccable.

Very well lit store with easy to find products and very helpful employees. The Kitchen Designer we dealt with was excellent at calculating what we needed, providing information to us and finishing in a good amount of time.

I was greeted at the door, and asked how she could help, she escorted me to the service desk. From there I was told who to locate in electrical, couldn't find her right off, asked another employee where she might be, he took me to find her. She was very helpful and took me right to where I needed to be , picked out the item I'd gone for , and that's it. It was a good experience and I was on my way.

Eric in the kitchen department is very knowledgable and friendly even though I changed my mind several times!

The associates are great to work with. We especially were helped with product selection for our kitchen and baths for a new home we are building. The associate in that department was very professional and was able to put together a kitchen and bath design that we very much appreciated.

I could not find what I needed, but Chrissy had Marv and John find them for me. Very nice people, Marv and John really know there stuff.

Jerry Gorsky is very good at helping people. He gives great recommendations on appliances and is not pushy. Dennis was very helpful with our flooring and did what was needed to sell us and install the product we wanted. Also Jerry and Derick in flooring assisted and were very nice to deal with. And thanks Eric for the counter top help. Great staff of people we dealt with..
