I was at the home depot in Carpentersville, Il looking for some products to help my clients with ice damming mitigation. Rory helped me find some specific products and made a couple other helpful recommendations I hadn't thought of. This is a regular occurrence at the location. From the cashiers to the Pro Desk and everywhere in between everyone is positive and friendly which is unfortunately not very common nowadays. Make sure you recognize these wonderful people and keep doing what you are doin!

I have been a repeat customer of Home Depot over the years my project required several different items on day one so day two I’m back purchasing items god my second project which Home Depot had the brand and size I wanted at a good price

I had an incredible experience at Home Depot thanks to Moazam! He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but he made the entire process easy and even enjoyable. If you ever need help at this Home Depot with your appliance purchase, I highly recommend asking for Moazam — he’s extraordinary and sets the standard for excellent customer service.

I tried to convince staff that the signs above and below item showed the item on sale. Nope. Show me the sign please. So I’d did. Proceeds to read every identical sign. I walked away. After ten minutes I got my two filters for $5. Yep. $5. They tried to embarrass me into paying $5. And yes I waited. Won’t let Home Depot win. Shopped at Home Depot as I had no choice. This is indicative of the total disregard for customers.

I was in search of a garage door. I saw a couple that I liked online. I saw that this location had 3-5 in stock. When I arrived at the location I was able to find the correct area for the door. I was greeted by Charles who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was with me from the start until the purchase was finished. He even helped me take the door out of the store and provided help to lift the door onto my Jeep. This was top notch service and I was very happy and amazed. I will definitely be going back with people like Charles who make the shopping experience wonderful and not tiresome.

Needed a replacement window was helped to find the exact one that I needed and got it ordered

Tammy is amazing for kitchen design! Do not underestimate Home Depot’s ability to design, suggest and complete your home projects! I’ve spent months and many hours with Tammy and she is not only kind but extremely patient, professional and exceeds knowledge in designing a beautiful kitchen even if the space isn’t what you like! Tammy is simply amazing!

Great customer service desk help in setting up a assembly and delivery. Emily was most helpful and needs to be commended for her assistance.

Live closer to Menard's but always go back to your Home Depot, night and day experience! Your employees always eager to help and greeting you!

I purchased a gas grill and I love ir! It’s just the right size on 4 rolling wheels and stainless steel cabinet. Looks sharp too.

Home Depot generally has great products, but the staff I’ve dealt with at the Carpentersville location - specifically Dan and Mo - go the extra mile to make shopping a breeze! Fantastic customer service! Will definitely shop here again!

Wish this store had a wild life section ie bird seed etc. Disappointed in delivery time. Bought a stove and will not be delivered for a week!!

Excellent costumer service

This particular store has employees that care about repeat business and whether you shop at their store. We almost didn’t shop here at all today. The Customer Experience Manager Reese convinced us otherwise. He wasn’t the only one. Every employee we encountered on the floor, they said hello or asked if we needed help, to the cashier and loading helpers they all were so polite, professional and friendly. You’ve got our business!
