Easy to find product

Easy to shop. Cashier was friendly.

I went in and out. Not because it was a bad place to shop at! I just needed glue and it was easy to find and a quick check-out. If you need glue...there is a variety of glue here!

I came in for just a couple of things, I was more than capable of ringing them up myself. Diana, the charles at self-checkout made it a point to help by scanning my items. She was super friendly and genuinely cared to help! Will continue coming to this store, for sure!

Products were easy to find Store was very clean Bathroom was clean but smelled a bit suggest air freshener Georgia in flooring was extremely helpful it took some time but with her help we were able to get the flooring and tile for our bathroom picked out

I really enjoy the professional employees in the store. I love the product home depot offers and try to visit as much as I can when it comes to remodeling my home. This is the first store it comes to my mind when I am purchasing material for my future projects.

Great Store with outstanding works

Love that this store had their parking lot cleaned of all snow and was salted so you wouldn't slip. I was already wearing a walking boot from slipping and falling at home. Was worried about that since it had snowed 3-4 inches over night.

Employees In the Garden Section were extremely helpful with our purchase of a Cub Cadet Snow Thrower. Will and Kenny were accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was much appreciated. Thanks.

Tim (from Hardware) was so helpful in assisting my search for screws for my vacuum attachment. He cut into bags of screws to help me find the right ones! I couldn't have asked for better help! It makes a HUGE difference to me, as a customer.

This store has great employees, very helpful and super nice. It's out of my way, but for the service I received, I would definitely make the trip. I feel they had more options and the C/S is just a big positive especially during the holidays.

This store give you that "hometown" feeling! Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable in the industry. Plenty of opportunity to get help if needed, and service is done with a smile!

Each visit to this location has always provided me with the new type of customer service which is transformational service. The run-of-the-mill service is called transactional service. A decade ago, one was lucky to receive transactional service from a HD employee as they did their best to avoid eye contact for fear of being asked for assistance. This location gets it! Cathy from appliances is so warm and knowledgeable! The rest of the team will drop what they are doing to assist. Not the same HD from years ago where you had to be a contractor to get anybody to talk to you. Hats off to Barb as somebody who is a leader and not just a store manager!

This store is always clean and well organized. I feel welcome from the time I walk in the door until I unfortunately have to leave. The staff is very polite, knowledgable and helpful.

Every visit the store is clean, employees usually know where stuff is or call someone from the department that can help better.

The Customer Service was Great! I found what I was looking for and I was able to get my Appliance delivered for free, 2 days after the purchase date. Price match was honored as well.

Every time I needed assistance with a question, return, loading up my car, finding something - there was an employee there ready to help. They were extremely busy the day I went in for planting materials but those cashiers and staff hustled to get us through the 2 check-out lines quickly. Out in the parking lot area, there were plenty of employees available to help load up folks' cars. They were all extremely friendly and very willing to help.
