Kathy at the appliance desk was awesome to talk to, she knew her product very well. We went to sears first and found a freezer. There was no sales person at sears we could find. So we took a picture of the fridges info. We walked into Home depot and right to the appliance department. Kathy came to us right away. We showed her the picture of the fridge at sears. Kathy showed us a bigger freezer for the same price,plus they have free delivery. Sears wanted $70.00. So our decision was made easy.

Having checked the Home Depot web site in advance of my visit made it possible to go to the store and purchase a new snow blower in a matter of minutes. A sales associate then helped me load it in to my car. A very satisfactory experience!

It was Halloween day and my best friend texted from Ohio and said you had Halloween stuff 50% off. So away we go. You would think that do to the products we were looking for that the associates wouldn't want to help. But we had one right away ask if we needed help. Then one helped us find 3 outlet stake not by pointing but by taking us there. What a nice thing to do. Every associate you walked by said hello. The cashier was very friendly and as we were checking out she brought the subject to the Home Depot card and we said well we are starting to finish our basement she did not push but gave us the info to read and explained a little about the paying programs. Guess what we are considering getting our materials for the basement from The Home Depot even though Menards is right by our home. Thank you everyone.

Went in the store looking for an adhesive for tile for our outside birdbath and found nothing even with the help from an associate.

The staff was extremely helpful from entering the store to leaving the store. I was helped finding what I needed and actually did no searching at all once an assocuate in the aisle helped and took charge. Very personal experience.

I always shop at the Home Depot in El Cajon simply because Tina Almond, Manager of the Pro Desk is always so helpful and goes the extra mile for all of here customer expecially for me it seems.. I know she treats every customer that way but she makes you feel like you are special and get special treatment at all times. Tina is by far the most efficiant, friendly and helpful person I know at Home Depot in El Cajon so that's where I buy all my supplys. Thank you Tina for all your help. Dave Long

I needed short piece of wood trim this is only store that I can cut and pay for what I need in wood molding. also I know when I walk in there will be someone to offer help with location of item I am looking for. I must say I have been in store enough to where I know the locations of most items I am looking for. Nice to shop in a home improvement store with so many helpful people.

This is the only place we will purcase our appliances. They are fair in price and selection and have very honest associates.

Associate who had helped me on an outdoor project a few months back saw me, asked about the outcome of that project and then helped find sought items. Associate access is very good @ HD.

Since each Home Depot arranges their Store layout differently, Associate engagement is warrenty for every visit to a new location.

When I go to Home Depot I don't need help usually I find what I'm looking for because everything is in where you would think it should be.But in the rare case that I might have trouble with not finding what I need I just have to ask one of the many associates and I'm on my way with what I went in for.

More often than not I have found that the people that work at this store are polite and helpful particularly in the paint department and service desk. It makes the shopping easier.

I am not very handy so the associate led me to everything I needed to build 2 gates for my yard. When I went to checkout the cashier was very polite and friendly!!!

I was met at the door by a friendly associate. He took me to the general area but required the help of a second associate. Together, they more than willingly found my product.
