David H. and Ramsey are awesome. They put together two chaise lounges for me and loaded them in my car out in the extreme heat.

I had to dig and find the product myself, when the associate said there is none.

Walked in, asked Gary for help, got perfect help..

The associate assisting with self check out was friendly, knowledgeable, eager to assist. I did not feel as if this was "programmed" by the most recent customer service meeting. Very genuine.

My experience has heen very good and being a woman I do need assistance with many items and have beeen pleased. On most occassions I can find someone to help me.

The store is very well maintained and the associates are extremely knoledgeable on the products and very helpful.

The rental department was very helpful in supplying me with a generator for my son's Eagle project

What a pleasure to find associates that are available. To be walked to the product isle and then be given choices on the products. I did not waste my time looking for a product. I have been in 9+ Homedepot's and this has never happened prior. What a PLEASURE! Keep it going.

I have always enjoyed having such a wide variety of hardware, lumber, tools, lawn care and ornamental plants so near my home.

I came into Home Depot looking for some paint for a bathroom. The salespeople at the paint counter were helpful and knowledgeable!

I was looking for a more modern light fixture for my kitchen & I found it.

This is one of the few times an associate was able to assist me in purchasing an appliance that did not involve waiting. The associate arrange my purchase of a refrigerator and help load the appliance in my truck...I was in and out of the store within 35 minutes. Wow!

i went in to the garden center to try to figure out if i needed top soil or mulch and how much to fill the soil gaps from my foundation work. I was quickly approached by the associate who not only helped me calculate how much top soil I needed but he loaded the cart and my car w/ the soil. He also gave me advice about 2nd steps once that soil settles.. He was AWESOME. Even the cashier was super helpful and nice. Great experience on a HOT Sunday afternoon!

I spent very little time in the store. I knew what I wanted and where it was. I was very impressed that a employee called for a cashier to check me out so I would not have to wait. I am sure that I looked like I was lost because I could not find a cashier. I appreciate the courtesy of the employees.

Prices are good. Selection is good. Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Only thing I DON'T like are the crowded aisles. Wish you could keep those clear

Overall store is good place to shop. would like to have check out station near customer service/returns desk so one doesn't have to walk to other end of store to check out when what you want is at the opposite end.

The inability to find someone to scan the ladder that I was trying to buy almost ticked me off to the point of leaving an going to buy it Lowe's

This HD store seems to have a new energy and liveliness. The last two or three visits (June of 2012), the attentiveness, friendliness and helpfulness of the associates and register personnel have been outstanding. I compliment the manager for engineering a pleasant improvement and look forward to more visits to this store.

Flooring associate Ginger was a great asset to my final choice of tile selection and purchase. She and the store manager GARY made the entire purchase come together for a successful project.

They helped me with the type of wood i bought, and cut the lumber as needed.
