It is good to find a retailer that serves the public well. This one has an excellent variety of products for just about any house or yard project. The prices are competitive. The sales are good. Glad this one was built 5 or 6 miles from our home. We were traveling over 10 miles to the one on Florida Ave.

The employee named Linda was ridiculously rude. She works in the pain t section of Home Depot. I'm a professional painter and I have been to many Home Depot and added 40 oz additive to the Kilz paint. Linda told me no so I had to get the store manager involved. After I got approval from the store manager Linda waited for her to walk away and literally told me she wasn't going to add the 40 oz to my Kilz. I've been to this store before and this wasn't the first time this Linda employee was rude to me. This was the final straw!!!! The store location is 16121 N Dale Mabry HWY Tampa FL 33618

the asiles are narrow enough, so get rid of the sales items in the mail aisle, so that people can get their shopping cart through with out having to wait for other people to come through.

USUALLY FOUND THE PRODUCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR, IF NOT A STORE EMPLOYEE PROVIDED THE THE ISLE LOCATION, OR, HELPED IF THE ITEM REQUIRED A CERTAIN WIDTH OR LENGTH. THE HELP WAS EASILY FOUND. THE STORE WAS CONTINUALLY BEING CLEANED AND RESTOCKED. THE ASSOCIATES WERE DEFINITELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Always a Great experience visiting this store

Lisa made me happy by fixing an issue from a few days ago. Made it very easy- she had what I needed waiting for me at customer service. Store team really seems to have it together.

My cashier, Sally, was very helpful and offered me your Home Depot credit card, which I did sign up for and saved $50. A big THANK YOU to Sally... she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great customer service from pick up order desk Lorraine went above and beyond to find the correct product and color I was looking for to repair wood floor. She called company to make sure we had best color. Nice to have free shipping to store for pick up. Employees easily accessible to ask questions

Home Depot is an excellent store.

The store is always clean and organized. Checkout is usually quick and painless. Plenty of parking.

I normally can find just about anything i need at this store. The one thing i would like is for the employees to offer assistance more often. Sometimes i can walk up and down aisles without even seeing an employee. They should ask what are you working on or can i help with any questions.

Bill, in Gardening, is awesome!!! He is very helpful and is willing to take his time to assist customers of all ages.

I am a female, senior citizen and am always treated with dignity and respect. It is great that your staff seem to actually CARE about finding articles that I want or need. Although throughout the store every one is helpful, however, I now (after her helping me on several occasions) track down a lady named, MELBA. She is so very knowledgeable and truly goes out of her way to help me. Wish I had the same experience every where else I shop! Makes my shopping so pleasant and fruitful! This Home Depot is manned by professional people who know their product, and are happy to assist you. This is far above similar stores that employ sales people who may or may not know the products they sell.

The store experience was very good and the reps were informative and very helpful. I had bought a dishwasher and disposal and ordered installation for both. The two items had separate installations fees and were handled by separate departments and separate reps. They asked the necessary questions to ensure a smooth install. Is the dishwasher next to the sink? Yes. Installation day, 4 days later, the installer comes in and takes a look at the existing waterline hose and says the new one is to short and calls his office to advise and take picture and they say we have to reschedule. I offered to go get a longer one, ask to go on to next stop and come back, or use the one there, all met with NO! Well a wasted day and I cancelled the order for the dishwasher. The principle of the matter took precedence here. Suggestion – installs with waterlines, have a longer hose on the truck. Shopping for the dishwasher again, never heard back to install my disposal, so I did it myself. 4 stars for the store - 0 stars for the installer - they couldn't be happier or gone quicker, 1 less install to do this day!
