We needed a washer and we stepped into our local Home Depot. We were greeted by Dawn, the representative in the washer dryer department. She was extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and very helpful. She was able to understand what we needed and guide us in the right direction and we got a fantastic deal that met our needs and our budget.

Sydney is an absolute revolting b. She could not care less to help anyone and clearly just wants to collect a pay check and leave. She needs another 6 months of customer service training

Too much product stacked in aisles. Hard to get around in the store. Parking lot layout is also not customer friendly especially since a lot of spaces are taken up by HD rental equipment.

I was tired of messing with my Ryobi 4 cycle gas weed eater so I bough the 40 volt one and all my attachments fit . It works great and I highly recommend.

Kristie in the Carrollwood Home Depot’s Garden department was so very helpful at the checkout that I went back and bought more items after checking out already.

My Home Depot always has the product or substitute product for my little jobs around the house. They also have supplied my with large purchases, water heaters, refrigerators, washers and dryers and so forth. All my power tools have come from this Home Depot.

It is so refreshing to find a worker that doesn’t huff and puff when they have to help you figure out an issue. Tracy was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and didn’t fuss when she had to help us. I leave bad reviews when people are terrible in a customer service job, but I also like to point out when someone goes above in beyond in theirs, and Tracy definitely deserves that.

I attempted to buy a product. They didn't have what I was looking for. Additionally, they did not offer to help me. At home depot they had a better choice and a very helpful and friendly clerk. It was worth the extra 5 mile drive

IN GENERAL, SINCE I'VE MOVED INTO THE NORTHDALE, FLORIDA AREA, I'VE PURCHASED ALMOST EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KEEP MY HOUSE IN GOOD CONDITION. EVEN A TUFF SHED FOR THE BACK YARD, TO HOLD LAWN TOOLS, BICYCLES, ETC. I HAVE FOUND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THIS STORE TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND DIPLOMATIC IN HELPING ME SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS THAT HAVE TO DO WITH GENERAL HOME UPKEEP. I ran into an issue with an item that I purchased and Shante from customer service was called to the register. She was attentive and fair. She listened to the issue, did her investigation and in the end, did the right thing to keep the customer satisfied. Shante is an asset to this HD location!

I bought 3 weeks ago, first Stove that was delivered was damaged. Took 1 week to get a replacement! Next stove that was delivered was to include an LP Conversation Kit, GRLP5 Kit. The kits are NOT available and the Stove can not be used! We have been without a stove for 3 weeks so far! It is costing us a lot to eat out. What does THE HOME DEPOT SAY? Get with Frigidaire! Frigidaire said the LP Conversation Kit, GRLP5 has been backordered for the last 4 months! I have NO stove or oven to cook!! WHAT IS THE HOME DEPOT GOING TO DO?

Had everything I came for and more. Was very pleased with this Home Depot.

The items are easy to see

We went to the Carolwood store to purchase materials for a garden box. We were uncertain exactly what to buy, however both Mona and Chris helped with material selection and cutting of the wood to our specifications. So nice to know you can get a job done right!

Home Depot always has a vast selection of products that I can shop through.

Our family was making a large purchase for a kitchen upgrade. Dawn in Appliances was friendly and knowledgeable. And resolved an issue that started online, passed through customer service and she was patient and determined to help us resolve.

Cashier Christi has great customer service as well as two others on the sales floor that assisted me in finding the supplies I needed
