I am writing this knowing it will never be posted. As stores and businesses go this may be the worst one ever. If you are looking for no calls back, incompetency at all levels and disrespect then this is the place. NEVER use them for a kitchen design as clueless is too nice. They gave us wrong size sink for design they did. Did not leave equipment we bought to install dishwasher as the said it could not be done. Refrigerator showed up damaged and we rejected it. Somehow it was put back in there system wrong, but we were told it was our fault. Then told we would have to wait at three weeks for another one as no one has that anywhere. The worst store I have ever dealt with and I would recommend store across street

I go here all the time and take my two dogs. It is consistently a easy place to shop and browse and employees are always helpful and welcoming!

Bruce in Millwork and Ashley at customer service were extremely helpful. These two individuals are most knowledgeable of their respective areas of the store and were a pleasure to work with on this purchase. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

I specifically went to that location because my wife and I tried calling several Home Depot’s across the span of a few weeks to get information about the product. No one seemed to have an answer until we saw online Cary had several. I called and cowboy mike had answered. He was so patient and kind with trying to figure out where the product was, online kept giving him different information so he walked several aisles and found them . He made sure to keep me posted while on the phone and went above and beyond because everyone at every store I called only told me they don’t know or it’s out of stock when in reality it was everyone but no one wanted to look. He spent ten minutes finding it for me and even provided light humor along the way. For all his help on the phone I asked if we could bring him a coffee when we come to pick it up and he replied not at all I’m simply doing my job. When we got there he was just as friendly as he was on the phone, thank you yo cowboy Mike. Give him a raise !

We are in and out of the Cary store 2 or 4 times a day. We are always finishing one job and starting a new one. We almost always find exactly what we need at the Cary store and there is always someone that steps up to offer us help. The store carries a wide collection of products needed in any remodeling project.

Would like to see some stationed areas tended. A bit weak here. Example, doors and windows area. I expect that what is stocked is not what you are limited to for options, styles, designs etc...

I bought a Nexgrill gas grill that had been assembled in the store. When I got it home I wanted to replace the gas/regulator hose with a stainless one for use of container I had. This should have been simple, but I could NOT unscrew the hose from the grill unit. I called Nexgrill and they were of no help whatever -- although they remarked "This shouldn't be a problem since those are made to be replaced." I decided to keep the grill and deal with the issue myself at a later date, but am now totally discouraged about buying an appliance like this from Home Depot or Nexgrill in the future. The grill itself appears to be fine, but this assembly disaster at Home Depot and the response of Nexgrill is unexcusable.

Staff went above and beyond expectations to help me. Thank you.

Customer service rep rude,unhelpful, I will not spend my money here.

Poor barbeque grills selection, this is not the place to find a nice grill.

Needed assistance getting cinderblocks due to being stuck behind another row and Steve helped without hesitation. Isaiah and Steve were working on a lumber pallet and both were more than willing to assist.

I thought I screwed up a project, but looked for options and found that someone had already solved my problem, and the product was available and I was able to finish my project.

I came into the store to buy - First stop was garden section - I had 3 VERY large/busy plants in my cart - It was difficult to see where I was going - I passed a number of H.D employees (WEARING ID badges) who failed to offer any assistance - The cashier was a older woman who spent 15+ min. (YES at LEAST 15 min.) attempting to apply a coupon offered by H.D. - Due to the apathy of employees in the garden section and the inability for me to SEE around the plants in my cart, I did NOT enter the store -

Please read my review that I just posted, it has the details. I usually really like your store but I was really disappointed in the fence posts that you had in stock. Almost all of it was damaged and should never have been up for sale.

When you need a store employee never to be found you have to walk around and really never get the assistance

We can usually find what we need, and have depended on this location for all the years it has been here.

I have always found that the prices of items at HomeDepot are the lowest and mostly have what I need. My children have HomeDepot credit cards.

The price at the register is always higher than I am told by employees or higher than the posted price.

Time to take Apple Pay. Ridiculous that you didn’t get on years ago.

Every time I visit everyone is happy and easily available to ask questions or for support on how to complete even basic projects. I learned how to use anchor screws and such for my kids towel hooks in their bathroom so they stop falling down….so grateful! And tried an electrical project just an outlet but was struggling brought in a pic and an employee knew exactly what to do and help me pick it out…thank you

I recently bought 7 mats, each 3.5 x 6 feet by 3/4 inch hard rubber. They are heavy but provide a good surface for a crawl space.

I received great help and service from Ryan and Noah at this Home Depot. I recommend this store.

I got in the store, found what I needed and out in no time. The selection was great and even with a busy store, checkout was fast and painless! My cashier was most helpful and freindly.

I traveled to the Cary store from Durham to get what I needed and they were very helpful

Steve, store manager at this location, went way above and beyond to ultimately rectify a situation, to call and keep me up to date on its progress. He made things right!
