Great customer service

Best customer service experience ever
My husband and I were shopping for a new fridge/microwave/ oven set and Tom immediately came to our assistance. He greeted us and told us about his experience in home improvement which made us confident in our purchase today. He was a joy to talk with! 1 hour 4 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to answer their phone
I had hoped to be able to cancel this order over the phone and avoid a drive over there, so I called (919-661-1393). I gave up waiting for an answer after several minutes. Still on hold, I drove over there, canceled the order in person, got a refund, drove to another errand, completed that errand and as I was driving away the call was finally answered.
Total call time - on hold plus less than minute of speaking to the customer service representative: 1 hour and 4 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE
I would have given zero stars if that was possible.

Very helpful employees
When I shop this store I'm always ask multiple times by different employees if I need assistance. At other home improvement store I have to track someone down.
