I always look forward to shopping at Home Depot (unlike some other home improvement stores), especially the Cary Home Depot. I am always greeted with a smile by a friendly associate. The associates actually act like they appreciate my business. Imagine that! Great job!

As a female contractor, I love coming into the store because the associates all try to know who I am and what they can help me with. They always jump into action before I ask and go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of, especially the pro desk employees.

I needed some help today in the paint department. The gentleman working in the paint department (David I) was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was just so courteous. He went above and beyond what I would generally expect. He had a very calming demeanor about him and treated me like I was the only customer in the store. Associates like David are hard to find.

I was greeted by a friendly associate at the door and was assisted at checkout by yet another pleasant employee. I found the product I needed quickly and for a reasonable price.

Our cashier, Stacey, has a great smile and so close to closing time! That kind of happiness can be contagious. I hope others catch it. Not that everyone needs to, but that would put your store over the top of all the others.

I did find the 7dust BUT only in a shacker container NOT in a bag which was what I needed

This store located the center of Cary town, it is so convenience to go to shopping, and I can find everything that I need.

Store well organized, safe helpful, good assortment of products.

I use Stephanie's line because she keeps it moving quickly and she is experienced at handling the problems that come up and the line doesn't bog down.

We went in to Home Depot to pick up a couple things for a small home project we're doing. As soon as we found what we were looking for and realized we needed assistance (we needed some rope cut), we immediately found an employee who stopped what he was doing to come help us. He then had another employee to come over to tag team and they were both so helpful and friendly. I used to be intimidated of shopping in stores like the Home Depot, but now I see how helpful and willing the employees are and I love it. Thank you for not thinking my silly questions are dumb and using your knowledge and skills to make DIY projects enjoyable!

Paula and her team where extremely helpful in putting together my larger list of materials for delivery to the job site. She was very patient and helped find the best options. April, Eileen and all else where also curtious and very helpful. Fantastic job!

It was great to have the help of Mark in building materials cut some boards for free for me. He was very professional and efficient. Stephanie at checkout was great. It is nice to go into a store and feel appreciated and deal with a very friendly associate. Makes you want to go back.

Looking for solutions to problem with my dog digging under the fence and the associate had many options for me to look at and helped me make a decision that helped to solve my problem. So far, it has worked better than expected!!

It is great when you can find service to help load your purchases in your car!!

I visited this store 6 times in a week while I was moving, in order to get boxes and moving supplies. They had everything I needed and the associates were always friendly.

Check out was easy. Casher was very helpful. Forgot to ask for Military discount. He returned everything and redid it giving me my military discount.

Marie, at the Customer Service desk, was very helpful during my recent shopping trip to the Cary Home Depot.

Great selection of flowers -- almost like stepping into an English country-side garden. Associate was very knowledgeable about caring for plants since I don't have a green thumb.

Much more variety and selection than most home depots. Quality of plants were much better. I enjoyed my visit just to see what was out there.

Of course, this store is always clean and products are readily available. Today I purchased 2 doors. I was only going to buy one...but then I saw a door for my deck - it was just perfect, so I bought it ! My experience was tops today not only for the doors I purchased, but because of John our Sales Associate. He was great ! Knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel special. We will keep coming back to the Home Depot in Cary that's a promise.

My dad and I went to Home Depot in Cary to get paint and some supplies for planting grass at my dads, Dan helped us find everything we needed, helped load us up and was so friendly and helpful! Thanks for all of your help!

Love it , I had a very good experience shipping at home Depot

I purchased 5 PVC pipes and needed them cut in half. Don graciously this did for me instead of directing me to the tool to purchase to do this myself. He also binded the pipes together so that they would be easier to transport/carry. THANK YOU !!!!

I always go to Home Depot for my house and gardening needs. On this trip I went in for plant ties and ended up getting 8 other items that were available and easily purchased!!
