I found this store to be well stocked, clean, and friendly help readily available.

Samantha Edelquist, store operations manager, drove over 200 miles round trip to deliver our order personally after the outside delivery company (Dynamex/TForce) dropped the ball and did not deliver it. She is a great example of the Home Depot brand standing for excellent customer service in Casa Grande! Thanks, Sam!!

I am a veteran and I go here because they honor the veterans by giving them a discount on the items they purchase. I think that is very important that the veterans are appreciated.

Chuck was amazing!!! He was super sweet and so patient. He knew his stuff, even provided options on different ways to go about the issue and thank goodness for that. Even though he was busy, he was absolutely the best of help!!! Keep up the good work Chuck, and thank you for making this visit less painful :)

Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful.

I walked in with only 30 minutes to find and purchase a microwave oven yesterday. Not only did an associate find me one that met my specifications, it was in stock AND on sale! Way to go CG Home Depot! This is the reason I keep coming back! I was in and out with my new microwave and on time for my appointment!

I CAME TO THIS STORE FOR JUST ONE ITEM BUT THE AMOUNT OF ATTENTION AND FRIENDLY SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS IMPECKABLE AT THE GARDEN CENTER! WE THAT LIVE IN CASA GRANDE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR STORES EMPLOYEE'S!

I LIKED THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES HELPED ME WHEN I ASKED WHERE THINGS WERE.AND THE CASHIER WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KIND.

The customer service was great. They answered all my questions no matter what I asked and how many questions I had. I really appreciated there courtesy and patience.

We are snowbirds who spend 3 months of the year in Casa Grande. We always shop at your Home Depot. I bought all my succulents and cacti at your store with the help of your very informative sales associate. We built a cute container of stones and logs and filled it with the correct type of soil for the plants. It is a big draw for visitors and neighbors at our park. They are most impressed with the way the stones and wood work together and how well the plants landscaped. Thanks to your helpful associate we love our new and lasting garden.

All product are very easy to find. If we need assistance they are always available to help us. The store is very neat and clean. We always get very friendly associates.

Customer service and selection was horrible. Employee was unhelpful and did not care. Very Disappointing.

Ross and Sam who are managers in Casa Grande did help me with getting this straightened out after I was going to call the Corporate Headquarters and talk with them about the delivery company experience. I had the refrigerator returned and they refunded my money. They were also aware of other problems with this delivery company who delivers their appliances. Home depot is missing sales because of their attitudes toward the customer.

Associates greeting me coming in were friendly and helpful. Lew was particularly helpful to me in finding what I needed.

Store Number 0408 is a very clean store inside and out. The mens Restroom is kept clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful from Bob the manager to there newest employee.

Every time I go in the store in casa grande some employees do not want to help. Especially in the pluming department.

Employees NEVER acknowledge customers. I wanted to buy 2 of something in the bbq section but only 1 was in stock.

Had a pleasant experience at Home Depot. In large part due to their sales associate Orlando Ferri in the appliance department. He was able to connect with me as a customer and provide all the information I needed about the products. He made me feel comfortable with making such a large purchase - a washer.

I have shopped this location several times. I will look forward to shopping here again. Your staff is very knowledgeable in every field I have had to work. Washers to paint to plumbing and electrical, each sales associate knew what he or she were doing. Impressive. Thanks so much. LMM
