Good customer service

I love the Cascade store. I've been visiting this store for the 18 years I've been a homeowner. They typically have what I need, from flowers/plants, external storm/security doors, renting their trucks to ceiling fans and HVAC filters, I've come here for any and everything for my home. I'm a I know where things are and if I don't, I use the app to take me there. The employees are very helpful when I do seek their help.

I had to wait 30 minutes in the appliances section for someone to help. I asked at least 7 employees before someone from a different department helped me. Range I purchased was delivered damaged. The delivery person took pictures, but no one ever contacted me about getting a discount.

I've lived in the Cascade Community 26 years. There was a time I avoided our store. But now, it's always my FIRST choice for all things home and yard improvement. Customer Service is good, employees are interactive and helpful, I inventory is great! The Cascade store is MY Home Depot! :-)

I’ve shopped at this store for nearly 30 years. The current staff and management is the best in years. Each employee greeted me as I walked through the store. Two assisted me locate an item that was in the overhead storage area. The past few visits have been great.

Kristi Harbin was extremely helpful in my purchase and delivery of a refrigerator. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and I really appreciate her.

You should pay people to scan and not watch customers work

No one greeted me. No one was in the area. Had to ask an associate to help me but he said was not his area. Walked back to checkout to ask if they could call for assistance. Someone eventually came who knew nothing about water heaters neither did I.

Mel K and the lumber associate who wears the Manchester United jacket and, I believe, sunglasses are fantastic! These two exemplify outstanding customer service. Whenever I go to Home Depot and see them, I know I’m in good hands. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the store and always go out of their way to help me find what I need. Even when an item is out of stock, they handle it with professionalism and sincere apologies. Their friendly attitude and dedication truly enhance the shopping experience. Please recognize and reward them—they’re absolutely exceptional!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depot location. I asked an employee for help—a woman with locs—and she was extremely rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was wasting her time and even started flailing her hands at me in frustration. Her attitude was so unprofessional that I had to walk away before I said something out of frustration. Thankfully, Xavier and a cashier stepped in to assist me, and they were both incredibly helpful and kind. Their excellent customer service was the only positive part of my visit. Home Depot needs to ensure all employees treat customers with respect, not like an inconvenience.

This store usually has what I am looking for and the staff is very knowledgeable whenever I come to the store

I love coming in the store the way they greet us coming out. It’s a young lady with orange hair. Good personality help me out. Make sure everything is OK.

My mother is 93 years old. For a Christmas gift my mother wanted new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. I thought since Home Depot was such a large company, this would be a simple process. Big mistake, this has been two months of me talking to so many people who are not able to help move this along. Promises of calls I don’t receive. Last minute calls with me explaining what I have said so many times.

The washer and dryer are terrific. The installation was quick and thorough. I am more of a Home Depot fan than ever after this.

Well I greeted in the store that was pleasant. I received excellent Customer service from Shaquetta was very helpful, knowledgeable. She also have amazing spirits.

My order was all messed up,not whT I expected.

I can never understand how I can enter a store to purchase an item and the associate not simply greet me and ask how they can help. Instead, the associate just looked at me as if I was supposed to speak first. She did assist me with my purchase of new 5-gallon water bottles after I returned the old ones. But, she never spoke. It was a bad representation of the Home Depot. I consistently get better service from the store on Paces Ferry Rd or other locations, and as a native Atlantan that was raised in the Cascade area, it is unacceptable. I expect the same high quality customer service at the store where I live as I do at any other store.

We had to replace our dishwasher. Our experience at Home Depot was amazing. The person who helped us went out of his way to be sure we got all the bells and whistles we needed and will have it delivered this week. Bravo

I visited the store last week and was very pleased with my experience. I hadn’t been in the store in months. I got answers to my questions and accurate information. Prices were posted and the store was organized.

Always receive great service at this location

I’ve been shopping there for three years because it’s closest to my house, but most times I leave with the impression that I’m a bother to the folks that work there. I probably expect too much, or is it that young folks just don’t care. I expect it’s the latter But in truth, good customer service starts at the top with management. Poor customer service usually Indicates poor management.

BETTER STOCKED AND BETTER SERVICE THAN IN THE PAST

I bought a 5 gallon deck paint, the employee came to me and asked if he could help, WOW! He was able to point the difference in the paint we wanted smooth and we inadvertently had the textured. I was impressed by the service, and will be returning for any future needs

I bought three garage door openers. Associate was totally unhelpful. Had to get help from plumbing associate. Despicable customer service.

i experienced excellent customer service from Dae in the electrical department and Latrene at the self checkout. Great trip and I needed the help
