Great customer service

Latrene at checkout as well as employees throughout the store were courteous, friendly, professional, etc.; huge difference from a years ago.

If you don't care how you are treated, to this location. No customer service from management down.

There is an Employee name Deborah and She went above and beyond to Help me find items that were scattered and hidden. This is Grade A Customer Service. The entire staff was friendly as well.

I bought a refrigerator a year and half ago it works wonderful I haven't had any problems

The customer service at this location goes above and beyond any other location throughout the metro Atlanta area

The store was clean, neat and well stocked. The customer service I received from Greg Harris and Ms. Devetrice was outstanding. Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past. It's important and these two did an outstanding job providing it and should be commended. Great job!!

I get the store is not in the best area! But the employees make up for the area! Always speaking! And they actually try to help! The cashier Ms Kellis is a very nice young lady and a great representative of the Home Depot.

The cashiers here are always friendly and extremely helpful everytime

Each time are utilize the store I get more and more disappointed with the lack of customer, courtesy, and appreciation service. My most recent visit as I approached the customer service representative. She asked what you need this I think is so rude.

Special shout out to Clayton and L'Devion. You guys truly impressed me. I was not expecting this level of customer service. You all Nailed It!!

Disgraceful customer service. Spent over a month trying to get my appliance delivered. It took 4 attempts, and the MOD named ‘Guy’ was rude, disrespectful, repeatedly spoke over me, and hung up the phone without a resolution. My business took over $3800 in damages as a result and zero compensation. Having worked in corporate retail management myself, I know beyond all doubt that this is unacceptable. I never raised my voice, I never called anyone names, nor was I unkind. I asked for less than I deserved and refused to be treated unfairly.

Best service in the area

I always find either exactly what I'm looking for or a sales associate can help me find an alternative product that works for me.

ALTHOUGH THE ASSOCIATES SPEAK AND SMILE, THEIR LACK OF TRAINING IS EVIDENT AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. IT STARTS AT THE TOP AND FILTERS DOWN. NOT SURE IF PAY IS A FACTOR BUT IF IT IS HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO PAY THEM AND JUST MAYBE THEY WILL DO A BETTER JOB.

Customer service is horrible, always low stock.

The ladies need to be retrained on what customer service is. They are rude and mean for no apparent reason.

This was the best experience I had at a Home Depot. I asked Nancy an associate a question. When she saw me 10 minutes later she asked if I found what I came for. She is a great employee, and I will be going to this store because of her! All the employees at this location are very helpful and friendly.

They fast and the girls are nice they help you get out of there quickly

Always a pleasant experience at Home depot Cascade. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. It's always like coming home to friends.

Devin and Herman helped us apply our new veterans discount to a previously requested flooring installation quote. It was not an easy process, but they persevered and were happy to help us. During my visit, I ran into several store employees who greeted me and asked if they could help me. It was a 100% turnaround from previous experiences at the store.

If you are a small business owner who provides commercial or residential drywall services, the PRO Desk does a wonderful job with quick, efficient and amazing service in processing your orders. Visit or call the store manager and have her assign you a sales associate who can help you get discounted prices, quick deliveries, and more!

If your looking for a wide variety of products, helpful staff, and a smooth shopping experience do not come here. I shop at home depot more than any other store but this location makes me rethink that. The knowledgeable and courteous staff i experience at every other location is not present here. Nectasha is the worst cashier.

Of all the Home Depot throughout the metro area I find this one not only stock full all most everything I have been there but the staff from the people working the floor to the cashier helpful and friendly. Some of the others throughout metro area of Atlanta not so much.

The sales clerk Geneetra is always welcoming and attentive when coming into the store to purchase or return items. She has even offered alternative items to try and I've been pleased with her suggestions. She is an asset to Home Depot/
