I bought the entire garden of Eden and thought it was going to be way too much to fit in my car. The garden side of the store was extremely helpful though and they rallied to help load up my car perfectly like a Tetris puzzle. My plants are healthy and growing beautifully in my gardens. So grateful for our community feel even in a big box store like this!

The employees ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP! Plus they are professional, and the store is very clean! How this is my store even that it is some 12 miles further from my home. But it is worth it!!!!!

I needed a water heater and garbage disposal. Glad Vernon saw the confusion on my face. He offered to help find both appliances and stayed with me through the checkout process. I was greeted by Carla. She scanned my items and offered friendly banter. Made the process fast and efficient!

Purchased SAE 30 4-CY oil my lawnmower. It works as expected. The Cascade location which was the point of purchase is always clean and well stocked.

My neighborhood store, Cascade (130), is definitely a busy store, not without it's challenges. I have been told that it is consistently one of the largest grossing units in the metro area. I have been a neighbor and patron for more than 20 years. I'd like to say that many of the veterans on staff know my face, if not my name. There are frequently a lot of new faces; but, upon entry I always receive the "welcome" greetings. The thing that I can appreciate most about my most recent experiences at (130) is the level of professionalism that has been displayed by management, when called upon. I stopped by late one evening to pickup roofing materials for a remodel that is underway, and "Ed" was superb. I had just suffered a debacle at a neighboring Home Depot, with mislabelled materials and a two hour wait. Once I arrived at Cascade, Ed confirmed availability of the "correct" roofing materials, and loaded my trailer himself. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a pleasant reprieve from a very long and frustrating day, full of challenges. This guy is just one of the many Managerial members on staff that I have been fortunate enough to meet over the years, and is the reason why Cascade will always be my first stop when purchasing Building Materials.

I recently visited Home Depot Store#0130 and was met with excellent customer service throughout my entire shopping experience. From the moment I entered the store, the staff was dedicated to ensuring I had everything I needed. They helped me find the right supplies for my project, double-checked each item to make sure I was getting the right sizes and quantities and packed up my items with care. They even offered to help me transport my purchases to my car. Their commitment to customer service was impeccable and I highly recommend Home Depot Store#6940. The staff's commitment to customer service was truly remarkable. They worked diligently to build my order, double check my items, and safely transport my purchases to my vehicle. They took extra care to ensure my items were packaged securely and with great care. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice when needed. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Home Depot Store#0130. I was impressed with their commitment to customer service and dedication to ensuring my order was filled correctly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Unlike in the past, the Cascade Home Depot location has become more customer friendly. The employees FINALLY treat customers like we are important. Thanks to Bruce and James who were both professional and helpful. Bruce actually turned around and asked me if he could help me with something! Wow! This was a change that I welcome and I appreciate. This store has really "stepped up" their game!

Paula provided me with exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed despite me coming into the store with a bad attitude. She stopped me and said everything is going to be ok, hugged me and asked me how can she assist me. Mental health is real. It is people in the world like Ms. Paula that can save people, by just saying "HELLO" and being Kind.

Lae lae really helped me out today great customer service

There is never enough return assistants leading to wasted time for the consumer. Also, customers enter return line at exit point, leaving customers standing and waiting to have to police line-jumpers.

I was at the Conyers store- #0128

First time visiting expecting a few items. Found everything I needed. The employees were also helpful.

Dianne (older woman, grey curly ponytail, red framed glasses) working in self-check out was so unbelievably rude. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I called her over for help. Then made condescending comments the entire time she was "helping" me. I couldn't believe she had such a poor attitude, given her age and the fact that she is in a customer service position. Very poor reflection on this location and nowhere near the level of customer service that the Home Depot brand is known for.

The sobre have everything what¹ the other stores dont have

I love the atmosphere at Cascade. Going there you continue to see familiar faces that extend help and service to everyone that enters. I have been shopping at the store for over a year now and everyone I come back they show me why I picked the Cascade store!

I've purchased a few appliances at this store and received great service from Karen, Nanette and Alana in the appliance department.

First of all. the people in customer service counter was rude, they don't say hi and feel extremely unfriendly when I came to them for help, worse thing was - I stepped in front of the item I want, and one staff (I caught her on the aisle), she told be last one got sold out, I was a bit disappointed but then realized there are few in the locker! the lady was heading to different way, and I chased after her and told her I saw some down the locker, she told me" I am ending my shaft" - I wait, and wait, searched for another staff, he was sorting something, and I asked for his support (unlock the cabinet, and get the product I want) he didn't say a word, I felt I was begging him. anyway, only one staff was really helpful and friendly, the cashier, Brandi, eventually I got my stuff, but if I was not in rush, I would turn around and shop in other place, wish other customer luck.

This Home Depot location serves Atlanta communities from the stadium to the airport. As it is constantly busy, the customer service is always there. I would love to see continued upgrades to the facility and products provided.
