My experience at this store has been over the years Great!!

I had a great buying experience at the Cascade location. From the greeting when entering the store to checking out, I received great customer service from all employees that I encountered.

Every time I visit this location, the employees are always so kind and helpful. The store is always clean and neat. I am always able to find what I am looking for and inventory is great. This is my favorite Home Depot store.

I know that it is a pandemic and there are a shortage of employees but today's experience was horrible. I had to carry, put my tree on top of my car and tie it down. The cashier called for assistance twice with no response. Since nobody showed up my tree was not netted. Plus the tree almost fell off the top of my car while I was driving because I'm not an expert tying trees down. Luckily, I had to stop to get gas. I used to buy my x-mas trees from home depot every year. This will be my last year.

A much improved shopping experience than the previous visit at this store. Overall very good

Cashier Troy was rude over a price discrepancy and then once he finished ringing me up he already had an attitude about the price discrepancy then once i asked him for a bag he was irritated and threw my bags

Great customer service!

The stores is clean and well-stocked, however the staff here is so incederdily rude - on a consistent basis. For a pleasant shopping experience, I do not recommend this HD. You had better not have any questions or product inquiries b/c staff HATES to help customers. If you know what you want and will use self-checkout, then it might be worth shopping here.

Although the store is filled with employees, it is always very difficult to find someone to assist you with finding or ordering products. I have spent almost an hour waiting on someone to come to appliances and windows/doors each time I have visited this store.

I needed help with my generator during the power outage created by hurricane Zeta. Mr. Larry and Mr. Bob came to my rescue and got my generator running and I was able to use my generator and save three freezers full of food. They provided me with excellent customer service.

Always like shopping at this store. All employees were great!!

Am often at home depot & it seems like its always hard to find someone to help. But this morning Troy & Ms Stephanie showed me exceptional customer service by going the extra mile. Awesome shopping experience at the Home Depot on Research Center.

Not the same shopping experience as other locations. Almost always low on stock. The paint department is rude. Last year on Black Friday I went to purchase Poinsettas as they always run a special. This location had zero left, while the Research Center Drive location had what looked like thousands! Terrible inventory, service and selection.Shame on Home Depot.

MOD "TJ" is one of the best!

I have always shopped at this store and the employees are usually very helpful. The products are available most often when I shop online. I would definitely recommend this store.

I will not recommend any HD store. This review is for corporate policy. I will NEVER shop at home depot again after I get my money back. I made a purchase with a depleted Visa gift card that I trashed. A few days later I attempted to return items that weren't used with RECEIPT in hand. I was told without the original card I could only get store credit (HD gift card) that I don't want or need. Store cashiers/mgt have no other options. Corporate insisted that is policy and nothing more could be done. This is not stipulated on the receipt or posted as store policy. If it had been I would have kept the card in case of returns. I need an atty to get my $35 back! Shame in you HD. I'm done shopping there.

I like Home Depot because I can easily and quickly find the products that I need.

I typically stay in the plant area. Overall the store is clean and well stocked, associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend going for a specific item, project, or to peruse.

This store is the absolute worse, if you don’t thinkso then take a trip there and see. This store should be closed down!
