Bought 8 brackets for granddaughters new shelves. Needs 6 for now and two for later expansion of shelves

Jay is very friendly, gives you all the details you need to make a purchase and he is very attentive with this customers! We've bought a new microwave, stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer from him. FANTASTIC service!!

Twice I paid extra for same day delivery, twice the delivery was a day or two delayed, when I called i was told I would get a refund for late delivery. Never got the refund, when I called back, I was told to give another few days. Again no refund

I had a remodeling project and was approached by cashier Al if I needed assistance, After explaining, Al took the time and offered several options and made a knowledgeable suggestion that ended up the perfect solution.

Best Garden Center of any Home Depot I ever visited. In fact, bigger than any big box store in the area. Nice people to deal with. Always helpful.

Bought sod to fill a empty section in my yard in had removed the eye soar plants. Now it's much easier to maintain.

I had to ask 2 people to help me & they just called on the intercom for help in the area & nobody ever showed up, so I went to customer service again to get someone to help me in plumbing & it took a while...

Johnny was very helpful and helping me with my irrigation system for the types of pipes I needed and for my pool PVC. There was also a lady that comes over. I think from electrical she’s very very knowledgeable. Been there very long time. I truly enjoy having knowledgeable people and People that want to be helpful and I find that at the Casselberry store

Jay Kohr (store 0262) crafted an appliance bundle to the mutual satisfaction of my wife and I. He knew the products well and navigated all the paperwork for install. From old fridge failure to new bundle installed in four days. Happy wife, happy life!

When I buy anything there I use it now that's why I go to home depot it's here when I need it .

Ordered multiple items for a project, which showed in stock and accepted the order and payment , Sasi’s deliver next day, after order , the delivery was split in two separate slots 9 days apart. Delivered some items two days after and waited for the second delivery a week and got a message that they had to cancel the order as it is out of stock . Now I have the items which is delivered is not useful and have to return it

I’ve shopped this Home Depot store for 30 years, dating back to when I bought my first home. The employees are friendly and most of them are helpful. I’ve seen some of them almost as long as I’ve been shopping there which tells you they’re doing something right if their employees are staying that long The store is always clean. One thing I’ve found frustrating at times is the website inventory doesn’t always match what is actually available. Sometimes to my surprise it will say an item is not available in store and when I get there to look for an alternative, the item I want is actually stocked in store.

I shop mostly at home depot for all my hvac, plumbing, electrical n home improvement necessities. I go in get my stuff n leave. Ussually they have the things i need at a large quantity and great price.

When at this store and need an appliance ask for Jay Kohr he is the best both with service and knowledge he will direct you to your needs.

I am sorry I wasted my time in this store.

The store manager Terrance was the only one that helped me with my large order of 18 sheets of plywood and 12 4×4 posts and 17 2x6 and he helped me load my order onto my trailer because the other lumber associates said they were too busy unloading a truck so I wanted to say Thank You Terrance for being the great manager that you are and for helping me load my order and for helping me put the 18 sheets of plywood on the cart. You are truly a great manager and a great person.

I like the garden department, they always have a nice selection of plants, pots and soil. I have bought a washer and dryer there. They delivered and set them up for me. Also, ahot water heater. Someone else set that up.

He went above and beyond helping me on a busy day. Hard to find someone that caring these days.

Horrible service call u liars and scammers when u want to return defective product

The people are always friendly and say hello. You can always find things and there’s always someone around to help you find something if you cannot. I am so thankful that the stores never empty so that I can get help

I've shopped at the Casselberry Location for years. It is always a good experience.

This is my favorite store and staff is always willing to help I like to shop there.

Sue, in customer service provided five star service. I truly believe her and Terrence went up and beyond their duty to make me happy. This is my preferred store since it’s the closest to my house also.
