The care and help from the workers(particularly Ryan)made a world of difference!!!

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Most times I find what I came for. Wish the customer service desk was a littel more friendly, most times they do NOT make us feel welcome.

The employee by the name of Jay Kohr is the absolute sweetest. They need to hire more people like him! He answered all our questions and took us directly to what we needed. We helped us purchase our fridge and stove for our new home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From now on every time we go and have a question we will be looking for Jay to help us! He is also super stylish with his outfit choices and I love it.

Don’t come to this store and think you’ll be in and out in 2 mins .. service is completely horrible especially in lumber department ... no one seems to care about customer service they have to run off and try to find who ever is in the lumber department... over 1.5 hours of waiting it is purely pathetic

Casselberry Home Depot was excellent in my purchase over the phone and had everything ready for pickup the next morning. Although I live near the Oviedo Home Depot the item I wanted to buy was the last one available. I called the Casselberry Home Depot where the last item was located and was pleasantly surprised how helpful and detailed they were with an over-the-phone purchase and setup for pickup the next morning. You need anything in plumbing please see John. Most helpful employee that I have ever dealt with in all of the Home Depot stores I’ve ever been too. Great job!!!!

The store is easy to find what you need. The prices are fair. Some of the employees are very friendly.

This particular store is always clean and the associates are very knowledgeable. I have purchased both appliances and a washer/ dryer set here in the last 2 months. Ask for Jay in the Appliance Department. I recommend him.

This place has it all! Great employees and stock on hand. Got the help and found what wasn't available for 100 miles!! Saved my project!!

If you are looking for appliances ask for Jay in there appliances dept he is very helpful and knows the store has a good selection of appliances.

The store and the employees are great but beware if you are wearing a facemask and Teresia in the Service Center is the cashier. She yelled at me to take my mask off because she said she couldn't listen, even though I talk REALLY LOUD; and she was very rude. Of course I kept my facemask and I think she should be wearing a facemask to protect the customers from the virus and her anger. Thank you.

Came in this week looking for appliances, most employees I saw were wearing a mask which is great. Jay Kohr, appliance specialist, went above and beyond, he was extremely helpful. Good selection of products, convenient location. Excellent sales and rebates.

Excellent customer service and products. It’s June of 2020 at the time of this review, therefore COVID19 is an issue... I am relieved that the employees were wearing masks etc. Convenient location. Always friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

OUR SALE CLERK CATHY NEWBERG SPENT A LOT OF TIME WORKING WITH US IN CLOSING THE SALE.

Curbside pickup never happened. Had to enter the store and stand in line to get my order. Took total of 20 minutes inside. Underwhelmed.

First time 3 employees I encounter today sucked at their jobs! All I asked was for some help! I was even still nice when the woman was really rude and talked to me like a child! She was going to help another customer first! I told her I would wait! But before her the guy in the paint area was just as rude and lifted up his arms , like saying what! All I asked if he could page someone to the sink area! The 3rd person my husband asked for help and she said no problem then took off! I work in customer service they were beyond rude! I have never experienced that here before! We have been fixing my moms kitchen and been doing little projects here and there and not once have I complained about someone being rude!

Unfortunately because of this pandemic hitting our country people are not quick to rush up to you to ask if you are in need of assistance due to social distancing. I noticed most of the employees pretty much stayed in groups up front or quick to rush off. I requested assistance 3 times but was unable to get the help needed to make sure I had the proper part for my project. Was told twice the person who was in charge of that area wasn't around, so I asked if they could find someone that could help me. Nope, no help arrived after standing there for a good 15-20 min deciding if I got that correct replacement bulbs. I wound up just rolling the dice and tried to match up the item number stamp on it the best I could since it was an older serial number. I have gone to this store several time to get items that I really needed, There would be at least one person that would ask if I needed help after looking around with no luck of finding what I needed. Cant really say if the staff was friendly because they didn't really engage people, they just talked amongst themselves while I did self check out. I am also part of the essential job work force being on the front lines. It just makes me shake my head on what this virus did to change everything about how we work , play, eat, and how we interact with others. This virus wont change me, it will only show me how become a stronger person by making it through this and know that God has by back.

Store was clean. I attempted to ask an employee a question, and she RUDELY told me she was on the phone. I found another employee that was helpful and helped me out. We're all stressed out, but there was no reason to be rude. There are ways to tell people things.

The employees at this store are always very friendly. They are always ready to lend a hand and make our visit enjoyable and quick so we can get back to our projects.

Absolutely outstanding customer service.

It is better in the other Home Depots to get help- on the aisles- than it is at this store@0262 in Casselberry.

I was checked out by Kristina at customer service She was not a nice or friendly person I asked for her to check me out because I have a mobility issue and only had 3 small items to be checked out. I was trying to get in and out without exposing my self to too many people if what I needed could have waited I would have not gone there. I’m a senior citizen and All she was doing was arguing with me about the coronavirus There was no one in line and I was the only one waiting it took only less the 5 minutes for her to check me out and it was a huge inconvenience to her because of the coronavirus as she kept saying. This store is the worst of the Home Depots we frequent. It is close and that is why we went there in the first place but the Oviedo store is where I will shop. Its out of the way but worth it. Trying to find an associate was terrible. When we found one they could not cut the item. They found someone else but we had to wait till he clocked in and did something else before he waited on us. His attitude was poor. Maybe more training should be done to ensure patrons employees with a decent attitude.

As a matter of convenience, in addition to a relatively long-term, ongoing working association with the Home Depot (Casselberry) store, I appreciate regularity and consistency of quality and friendly service this store provides. Judging from the quantity of receipts I have accumulated over the years from Home Depot (in general), I think it would have behooved me, at an early age, to invest in "Stock in the Company"....(awell, "hindsight" as they say.)
