I found the cashier Carolyn at self checkout to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She has a personality that I have not found in other employees or in other home improvement stores. I had questions on the product I was buying and she was able to answer the question in a way that made sense, and was patient with me until I understood what I was buying.

The Casselberry Home Depot has been my go to store for many years. I can always find what I am looking for, and if I cannot, there is always a friendly face there to assist me. Although there is a Lowe's a couple of miles from my house, I will always choose Home Depot. Great job!

You can find always good employees to help and serve customer the best they can.

What a great store. We came into contact with 3 employees - all of whom were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel like they must have come to work today just to help us purchase a gas grill. Outstanding!

I have shopped at that home depot for years, but today I got terrible customer service from a young lady named Hannah. It seems like home depot doesn't train their employees anymore, much less teach them customer service. I will definitely be avoiding her if I ever go there again.

Always knowledgable and polite staff, store is always clean and organized. There are never long lines and if you chose self checkout, someone is always nearby to assist.

I get very tired of employees POINTING where something "might" be, instead of taking the time to show me. I may not know exactly what I'm looking for to describe it exactly to them, but I would know it when I saw it. I've had them see me and turn and walk the other way; walk right past me without saying anything or making eye contact, looking straight ahead, etc. And weekends are the worst! Have to hunt them down, literally. I never know what to expect when I go there, except I figure I'll be looking for what I need. I've recently had to start using the electric carts because of health issues. I cannot walk back and forth through the store trying to find someone who works in the department I need something from or to walk to the back of the store, only to have to walk back to the front to get help. Why not put buttons in the aisles (like Target) to request help and where????? That would be too convenient! There is NO such thing as a quick trip to HD.

As a 5 star store, you have got to be kidden. Today may be good day shopping at Home Depot, but later in the week or day can be disastrous. I guess the best way that I can describe your store as: messy, Isles are now store shelfs, most are not informed about the products you have. However, you are still better than Lowe's

This location is amazing! I did not run into one employee who wasn't willing to help or acknowledge me as I walked around clueless. The management is doing something right at this store. Keep your employees happy!

As a frequent customer of this Home Depot, I have always found that there employees are very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. I went into this store this past weekend and needed help with a project. Sherra greeted me and answered all of my questions. She went over and beyond to help me with the right products to get my job done and she also provided some great advice on how to do my job more efficiently. The store was clean (I haven't been there in a while) and the employees very helpful, even showing me the promotional on the paint I bought. Didn't have to wait in line at the paint counter nor at the check out. Thanks!
