Extremely happy with the associates Tamara and Mobila in the kitchen and bath department. Both were extremely helpful even with products I needed from other departments. Their knowledge made my selection and purchase of kithcen cabinets particularly easy.

Products are always available which makes for great experience.

The cleaning supplies are located just inside the door to the right. The Swiffer supplies are on their own end cap a couple of aisles down. I went in for duster refills and it took a little searching, because I forgot where they were. I almost left, but something told me to keep looking. Happily I found the 16 ct. refill of dusters. Lowes does not carry this count size box. I prefer to go to Home Depot because it is faster than Walmart.

My favorite location to purchase material for upgrading my brick pavers.

I am a landlord. As a result, I use this store often. The employees faces is very familiar to me. There is always someone to aid in loading when necessary..

Looked for several patio items, umbrella, stand, cushions, couldn't find them here. Went to another store and found multiple selections of all 3 items. What goes at this location? Not the first time this has happened to me.

The associate that helped was very nice and took her time with me and my family. She answered all our questions and was very helpful to make sure we got what we wanted.

Associates are always helpful. They always try to find an answer for you by communicating with other associates.

We were very happy at first, with the friendly service and clean store. When we got home and opened the product we were disappointed. The item had obviously been returned as defective and the store just taped the box shut and placed it back on the shelf. One part of the product (the broken foot of the fire pit) was even wrapped up in a plastic Home Depot bad, the kind you get at checkout. Will return the product and buy at another story.

The stores was easy to use, lanes were fast with self check out! Associates were very knowledgeable.

friendly staff clean store the experience was truly wonderful

After finding another good deal on a tiller, I returned to the store to make the purchase. Initially, there were two in the bin. When I returned, there was only one left and the box was almost in tatters. I asked for a discount and the cashier, Brad, was willing to give me 10% off. Thus making a good deal better! Thanks to Brad and Home Depot.

I had a pleasing experience when I visited the Catonsville's Home Depot on the 12th of May. I was blessed to run across an associate that help with picking the correct vegetable soil for my tomato plants.

Walked in to purchase items for my Church and was very please with The Store and the help from Tony in lawn and Garden,he acturally was the only one who asked if we needed help.

The store was very nice and the associates were readily available. I could've used a little more assistance when matching plants together as I not have a green thumb. The associate that I spoke with said just laid out on the floor and see what you like. So that's what I did. Hopefully when it all starts to bloom it will look wonderful!

I go to the Catonsville Home Depot often. For the past several visits, I have purchased items from the Lumber department. There is a top-notch associate there - wish I could tell his name (rules won't allow that). He is very polite, a great professional and an expert at cutting lumber. He is very knowledgeable of everything in this area, offers sound advice and even remembers me as a returning customer. Wish you had more like this associate. My opinion - best associate in the store.

I was extremely happy with the help I received at the Pro Desk Counter. Mike, at the Catonsville Store Pro Desk, is extremely knowledgeable of the entire layout of the store, since he is a 21 year Home Depot Employee! My Project was to install a large garden of 25' x 25' and fence it in to deer proof the garden since I currently have 12 deer who live in the wooded area of our property. Mike knew exactly what I needed and explained to me how to install all items. By the time I placed the order, I felt confident I knew exactly what I needed to do to install the 4" x 4" x 12' posts and the fencing to enclose and deer proof my new garden. The delivery was almost botched, but I went in person and spoke to the Manager, Steve, who listened to me, contacted the Pro Desk & Delivery Supervisor, Erin, and without pointing fingers or raising any voices, both worked together and made sure I received ALL items the same day as originally promised! Way to go Home Depot for making good on your promises!
